17 yrs old 168Lbs Won teen national
Bench- 275
Squat - 365
Deadlift - 405

19yrs old 224lbs. 2nd teen national
Bench - 405
Squat - 495
Deadlift - 545

Joined service and gave up the big life

Mid 30s 195lbs
Bench - 315 x 6
Squats - 405 x 6
Deadlift- 495 x 2 -3reps

39 yrs old....Injured in Iraq (Multi level Spinal fusion)

Current
44yrs 180lbs
Bench - 315 x 4
Squat - Very light
Deadlift - I wish........

I grew up power lifting. My dad and step mom competed and were close friends with the famous "Anthony Clark" for those of you who remember him.

I think Anthony was the first to break the 1000 squat and 800 lb bench if I remember right.
 
It's good to see post that are legit when it comes to lifting seems other forums people just post some up some insane numbers.

I blew out my back in a car accident few years ago and so these days I don't lift as crazy when it comes to numbers involving my back. I also don't know my one rm with lifts anymore.

Currently doing a dc program
5 foot 9 1/2 inches
Age 34
LBS 166

Bench 195 20 reps
Incline 180 20 reps (which makes me thing my flat should be more)
Deadlift Sumo style 205 9 reps (won't do standard since injury)
Squat 195 10 reps (Go up slow with Squat not trying to blow a disc again)
Row 205 9 reps (Could do more but keep even with the deadlift lbs I feel safe with)
Shoulder press 105 20 reps

Heaviest I remember doing number might be slightly off by 20lbs, I was between 190-200lbs. I tossed the book with those old records because I kept injuring myself wanting to be back where I was. I decided I needed to start from zero after the accident rather than chase my old records and bedridden for months on end as a result.

This week I came in the gym around 221-224 at 14% bf. 5th week of my first cycle. Chest shoulder and calves are my best feature while my arms are the worst.

I always mix up heavy weights with light high reps.

Looky here tubby- post a video of you benching 400 and I will dignify this with an answer. The heaviest thing you lift is your golden corral receipt and your leaky ass nipples.
