Glucometer Blood Sugar levels?

Berberine or metformin is most common, also things like semaglutide can be used to lower glucose as well. I would also check at different times of the day sometimes mine will be slightly on the high side in the morning but lower later in the day
Nothing wrong with checking sugar different times of the day, but in general: fasting blood glucose is a good marker for insulin resistance, and with fasting we generally mean. Before the first meal in the morning where last meal should be 6+ hours before.

i agree 100% , but some of these trt clinics will allow you to be "out of range" on t levels as long as you pay there excorbiant fees etc they'll hook you up , but i do my own trt and its way cheaper and i do the necessary bloodwork so i'm safe and sound as far as keeping things in check,,,, Good point @songsofpyramids
Would you have a lab recommendation/necessary blood work living in a state that does allow it without a prescription please?
