Hair Loss

Oh I have totally accepted my fate.
Twice a day on the topicals and a pill in the AM. It
Is what it is. I consider myself lucky that my hair follicles responded. Not all are so fortunate
So, minoxidil + RU LOCAL and fin oral.

Never thought of switch minoxidil oral ?

I admire the work some of you put in adding a hair routine to everything else. I have just accepted that I'm going to be bald and have been shaving to the skin for the last 6 years.

I'm following soon. Did the routine for months but it's just cumbersome for me, i'm having some RU laying around and don't even use it. I just apply minoxidil once every 2 days until the bottle ends and then probably i won't bother again. When the time comes the blade will meet my scalp haha

Two months progress :

- 5% Minoxidil (Topical/2x a day)
- 0.5mg Dutasteride (Oral/1x a day)
- Stopped all DHT derivatives, and use trestolone year-round as a HRT for DHT.

I was going almost bald, my front line was (and is still, but less) horrific, I haven't totally recovered yet (should take 6-12 months) but the progress is already kinda good. I can only recommend these both drugs, they're so magical.

Progress is so incremental that it’s really tough to discern progress, which is why pics are so important. Looks like you have a protocol that works so you just have to keep plugging away.

Using gear is real bitch in many ways in that most of us spend more time managing the side effects than we do managing the gear. It’s our cross to bear in this lifestyle

Hahaha man that's crazily true, I'm spending more time trying to fix my insomnia/hair loss, than anything else related to gear/working outs.

Well i cant get oral minox and i have tried taking it orally. It’s effective but my body already has a lot of hair and minox made it worth. Since ru is topical i just mix the ru powder with minox solution. Either way i have to use topical so why not both
Did you get ru powder and just add to a liquid not foam minox? And it activates it?

I'm doing laser therapy to have no hairs anymore, not sure if minoxidil will fuck that up I have already spent a few thousands cuz GH and testosterone doesn't help for sure to speed up the process of no more hairs lol
oral minox will probably fuck a bit your results, but you will notice more hair growth in areas that you dont care much like hands or arms, but with time you will think to also laser or arms and hands XD

I tried minoxidil + finasteride - it works. But!.. Fckn finasteride killed my libido below zero. It was recovered in about 6 months after cancellation of finasteride. Finally I decided to pay 3k for hair transplantation in Istanbul. Now I’m happy, my G

But won't you have to take fin to stop it losing again?

The transplanted hair will no longer fall out. They are taken from the back of the head, and there the hair follicles are resistant to the influence of dihydrotestosterone. everything was thought out, bro

Yes, however, they're mixed with existing hair, which will continue to miniaturize. That loss pattern makes things look so unnatural most men eventually shave it all off.

Perhaps you could try .25mg of fin every day, or every other day. 1mg had a similar effect on me as it did you. .25mg turned out to be easily tolerable, and helped my hairline a lot.

I've always heard a hair transplant surgeon that isn't truthful about the need for ongoing finasteride, at least a microdose, does not have your interests in mind.

I was transplanted with a very high density. And in general, I had almost no hair left in the area where the transplant was done
