It is correct, 5x or 6x or 7x your dose of testo week less the weight of ester cyp. Example: 300mg testo cyp week less ester cyp (30%) = 210mg testo pure x7 = laboratory result (total testo)

I don't know why you pin like that. Why not follow a basic schedule Monday-Thrusday or something like that?

Try it with 1ml each day and your numers will blow

Why would I pin 1ml each day? The half life of test cyp is around 8 days. So inject every 4 days. What's the problem with that? You say inject monday and Thursday well do the math dude. Monday and Thursday is every 3rd and 4th day so its basically the same thing man.

Yes, you are right, sorry. E4D is 2 shots/week

For me, 2ml of Hilma test cyp weekly put me over 4000ng/dl, one year ago batches.

But that last week that you pinned 0.5ml instead of 1ml may be the responsible.

Im doing 25mg ED (so totally 175mg ew) of Test E. Im doing TRT. The reason why im doing ED shots is because of low SHBG (9 nmol/dl)

my test value is at 36 nmol/L (so around 1038 ng/dl)

and im more than pleased

Yeah that could be. Normally 250 mg a week puts me around 1500.
