Updates for coach. Sitting at new prep low 263.9lbs. Coach gave me refeed yesterday. We are tentatively 7 weeks out today. We might push out to September if we aren’t close to ready in 4 weeks. The other show that was 10 weeks out that I was leaning towards is canceled. Big bummer.

Had another great push day yesterday. Still lifting mostly the same weight just scaled back volume. 6.5 weeks out. We are pushing hard for my Pro Debut!

Updates for coach today. Weight didn’t move much but got visibly leaner this week. We switched over to short acting compounds like test prop, Tren Ace, and mast prop. Threw in 50mg of Anavar as well. 6 weeks out and pushing hard!

Depends on yje goals you have bro . If you want mens physique one dose , if you need to get freaky higher dosage . Of course depends on genetics and all factors like training , diet , rest . In this days people abuse more on hgh and insulin to use less anabolics
