As far as I am aware, the only issue is that some of your reports were missing raw data and us not authorizing some additional custom requests, am I mistaken?

Yeah I was referring to the raw data not being attached, I'm a bit unhappy about the "custom request" because I had requested the specific purity of the RAWS since the first time I ordered the tests and I wasn't challenged on it so I assumed it was going to be provided as I requested and now when the results are coming in I'm being told I won't get it that way.

Anyway I guess I'll have to suck it up, hopefully at least I'll get all the results sooner than later.

I never know with who I speak with on the email, and only you can explain to me the data I receive Jano.

You should have a personal email just for technical questions.

I'm working out with Jano some stuff but I gotta say that he was kind enough to not charge me twice for a mistake I made in ordering a test that gave the wrong result as I understood wrong something and due to that I received an useless result even so he ran the lab test properly.

He will run again the test for free and on that I have to give him credit 100%.

Our email shows 30000 conversations ( I could estimate average to be 5 emails per conversation ) in past 365 days.

If there was no filter between me and people, I couldn't handle it.

I'm on verge of handling the demand as it is and we're refusing a lot of business due to that already. Unfortunately.

You gotta expand Jano, create an empire. You are young you can definitely do it.

We're taking people in as fast as we can, but if we take in too many too fast, the service will start noticeably deteriorating, which I'd like to avoid.

Right now we are 3 seniors overseeing 5 juniors (on top of our usual workload) in the lab and I feel like my face will melt and our PhD forgot her name a couple of times and had trouble remembering at this point.

But we're working on it.

@janoshik are you able to identify & quantify excipients in HGH? I would be curious to see the testing between Serostim vs popular chinese UGL hgh since the "anabolic bodybuilding" crew and "experts" over there discuss UGL containing "polymers" probably just mannitol...

We can tell whether something is there or not usually. Other stuff we cannot afford to take on right now.

Mannitol is not a polymer.

If they can name (an existing) polymer, we should be able to detect it.
I had trouble figuring out what Biloxone could be. Didn't manage to find out CAS etc.

1) I strongly don't believe it is so.
2) We have LCMS, we can detect the molecular mass of HGH and we've never seen anything suspicious.
