John Haack Training programme / Gear cycle?

No man, that's sounds mysterious and all, but its hard work, smart programming and good genetics.
You can use his peds, programming and diet but the only secret he has is in his genetics, there's no hacks no short cut, just born with talent
I believe that there is more besides talent and great work. But anyway, he's a cool guy!

He's mentioned in podcasts how his training has developed. He was coached by Jason Mannenkoff early on and then Joseph Franzo (Joey Flexx) and his current training is an amalgamation of those and previous training. He has then taken the Ed Coan approach and just basically repeats the training with the aim of adding 2.5-5kg to each lift. It is pretty standard stuff, linear periodization, top singles, bench 2-3x per week (1 heavy, 1-2 rep work variation), squat 2x (1 heavy, 1 rep work variation) per week and deadlift 1x I believe.

He's also discussed his PEDs cycles, typically 12 weeks with test base (125-300mg), first 6 weeks anavar last 6 weeks anadrol ~50mg. He normally comes off between cycles but for this prep remained on since quick turn around between meets.

He is also obviously a genetic outlier, as a natural powerlifter he was the best at the time and set significant new records and this trend has carried on in his enhanced carrier to no surprise.

The more important variable you can control and should concern yourself with is your individual response to training and drugs.
Well put! And with those genetics, training intensity and consistency thats why he is where he is.
I can say in my case it took awhile to figure out what type of training my body responded to best for strength gains or muscle gains.
So patience cannot be understated in this sport as well.

There is - its called genetics. John is a genetic anomaly - an outlier among outliers. You don't see them often, but now we've got another simultaneously in Colton who is also in this category.

Take that natural ability and couple it with consistency and then anabolics and this is what you get. He was an outlier before he ever touched steroids. He responds to the candies like everyone else responds to cake.

Aren't there a bunch of young broccoli haired kids on tik tok sumo deadlifting 700+??
I remember seeing a lot of young lifters pulling really big weight at like 165-180lbs
a bunch - no

more than we've seen before because of social media -yes.

They're also 1 trick ponies. They have the mechanics to leverage their leverages in a sumo deadlift. They're not actually freaks of nature - just mechanically built for that lift. Their bench and squat expose that.

But even still.... none of those lifters are even close to the realm John Haack is in. They're all juiced and they still don't touch the realm John was in natural.

He is so far above and beyond everyone other than Colton that its almost inhuman.
