Log of workout and cycle

Here is my first log on this site while performing my first cycle ever.

10/5- second workout on cycle

I did back and chest yesterday but didn't log it. I am doing chest-back, Arms, and Legs-Shoulders over and over.
I am doing high reps low weight for a while, possibly for this whole cycle. I want to get a better physique and gains mass.
I am doing 500 mg of test cyp split, monday and thursday 250 mg.
I injected in my biceps yesterday and it's a great spot. I use 27 g 1/2" pins. No PIP what so ever. My bloodwork is on another post. It's been 3 weeks and just started working out after a 2 week deload because I hurt my foot from a 10 k run.

Today i did arms, Biceps, Triceps and Forearms. This was for 1 and half hours with one minute rest period. I rode my bike to gold's which is 20 minutes there and another 20 min back...This does not include my lifting time. Altogether 2 hrs and ten minutes of excercise(hopefully I will lose any fat i have which is hardly any). This test is working nice at the moment. So here it goes....

Biceps
Incline Dumbbells- 20x15,20x15,25x12,30x10
Curl Bar Standing- 50x15,50x15,50x15,50x12
Rope Curls- 75x15,75x15,80x15,85x10
Sitting Curls- 20x15,20x15,25x12,25x10 Each arm
Hammers- 15x15,15x15,15x10

Triceps
One arm back extension knee on bench(lol)- 10x15,10x15,15x10,15x10- These arm the bomb
Dips-20,15,15,10
Skull Crusher on Back-50x15,50x15,50x15,50x10
Rope-75x15,75x15,80x12,80x10
Tryed one arm over head and didn't feel it so did Rope Standing Skull Crushers-
30x15,30x15- I don't feel these that good either so stopped

Forearms
Reverse Curls- 30x15,30x10,30x5 My arms are shot
Forearms Reverse straight out(idk..)- 20x15,20x15,20x15,20x15
I was thinking about my bike ride back so I stopped. I doin't do all bis then tris. I do one bi and then one tri and keep doing that.

I am focusing on really contracting. I am going VERY slow but not doing a count in my head. I am trying high reps out because I did low reps high weight for years...
All my logs won't be so lengthy just letting you know the jist of my routine.
I am currently 165 pre cycle. Now I am 172. I didn't even lift but was eating nicely. I am 6'.
LMK if you have any advice about his logs or workouts.

Ok i will be going back to my regular one. I honestly thought that, this was considered high reps. I guess it was to high. Ill be doing 10,8,8,6.
How does anyone feel about 2 day workouts? Morning and night.

Legs
Hamy Pull- 45x10,55x10,65x10,75x10
Quad Straightners- 60x10,75x10,90x10,90x10
Calf seated raises- 90x10,115x10,115x10,115x10
(The above was to get blood flow)
Hip Thrusts- 225x10,235x10,245x10,255x8
Seated Leg Press- 360x12,410x10, 460x10, 480x8
Standing Calf Raises- 360x10,360x10,360x8,250x10

Shoulders
Seated Dumbbell Press- 25x10,35x10,40x10,45x8
Lateral Raises- 20x10,25x8,25x8,25x8
Shrugs-60x10,60x10,55x10

I rode my bike on the way home but didn't ride on the way there. This was an early workout. It was 1 hr long and an extra 20 minutes for bike ride.
I think I am getting deca, tren,and test today I am going to add the deca at least 300 mg a week. Idk if I wanna add the tren now or wait to gain and add it in 8 weeks. I am not doing a pct. I am gunna cruise. My next cycle is gunna be test and EQ, Possibly winstrol towards end of second cycle for 4 weeks. I feel good now and feel like in 2 weeks I will be seeing results on just test and deca or just test. So why add anything to something thats working anyway. Right? Thanks for reading and the other posts helped me with this workout.
 
Clam down there young grasshopper! When I hear "I think: meaning you will get deca, and Tren.. Do your research BEFORE adding different compound to your cycle. Unless you enjoy limp dick and health issues.. I highly recommend you keep to Test Only for your 1st cycle!
 
I ended up getting my deca,test c, treen and AI in the mail. This is the first time I pinned in my glute. I used a 23 gauge 1 and half inch needle. I pinned deca 300 mg, at 1 inch leaving about a haf inch out of the glute. I am going to hold off on tren. It fucking was a little worse then what I have been doing; 27 g half inch needle in delts, bis, and lats. The pip is worse in those areas and not in glutes. But fuck the needle going in hurt a lot more then I thought lol.

push that needle all the way in :D Deca does not give ED issues.
 
I ate the most I ever have but ate really healthy. 4500 calories. I used to eat 2500. I ate 225 protein, which is usual. I ate 472 carbs, used to eat 250-300. 115 Fat 47 sat and 68 unsat. Fiber 42 want to hit 50 but whatever next time. I had alot of sugar though 187 where I usually do 100 or less. Im juiced I should be gaining weight since I have been doing this for 3 days. The sugar is from grape juice and frozen fruit.

you only weigh 112.5 lbs? protein is the only thing that builds muscle. 2g protein per pound of body weight for best results.

I rode my bike home took 15 minutes. It's 11:30 and am half way to my calories and nutrients. HELL YEA.
I took my shots Test 250 in the delt, I decided to do tren, I did 100 mg yesterday and 75 today. From now on I am doing 40 mg ed. I am going to start my Armidex in a week or two because my pre estro level was 20 and just after 3 weeks of test it hit 42 so another week or two and it will be high. I might do .25 e3d. MAYBE I might just hold off for longer. I shot Test in Delt 1 ml didn't hurt. My glute is so annoying though. I start to shake uncontrollably, So i was stabbing my self so I took deep breaths. The needle slipped out of my hand and was at a 180 degree angle which hurt like a bitch. But everything is all good now. And I gained 2 lbs YEAAAA!!!
 
I ate 250 g protein,600g carbs, 100 g fat, 50 g fiber.160 g sugar. Ineed more protein sources I am not doing any supplements like prtoein or mass. Just bcaa and creatine.
 
you should eat 350g protein everyday from an animal source for best results.
So if I weigh 250 do you really think I need 500? Honestly curius I've never went over 400 daily (somedays would be higher if I was hungrier) but I always get 400. But the more carbs you eat the less protein you need to an extent because they are protein sparing. Might try upping it but fuck it's hard to eat that much somedays.

carbs build 0 amount of muscle. carbs are for energy only. protein is the only thing that builds muscle. you get your protein in first and for most. than the fat and carbs should do their jobs. get some GHRP-6 if your losing the battle with the fork :D

I had a great arm day today. I shot up tren and deca today 40 mg , and 150 mg.

I had an ill pump. I went to weigh myself and I weigh 178!!! Im pumped I gain about ten pounds. I hit a PR with 10 reps for incline bis, Time to up the weight! Getting slight veins, They gunna be poppin out at the end.
