Here is my first log on this site while performing my first cycle ever.
10/5- second workout on cycle
I did back and chest yesterday but didn't log it. I am doing chest-back, Arms, and Legs-Shoulders over and over.
I am doing high reps low weight for a while, possibly for this whole cycle. I want to get a better physique and gains mass.
I am doing 500 mg of test cyp split, monday and thursday 250 mg.
I injected in my biceps yesterday and it's a great spot. I use 27 g 1/2" pins. No PIP what so ever. My bloodwork is on another post. It's been 3 weeks and just started working out after a 2 week deload because I hurt my foot from a 10 k run.
Today i did arms, Biceps, Triceps and Forearms. This was for 1 and half hours with one minute rest period. I rode my bike to gold's which is 20 minutes there and another 20 min back...This does not include my lifting time. Altogether 2 hrs and ten minutes of excercise(hopefully I will lose any fat i have which is hardly any). This test is working nice at the moment. So here it goes....
Biceps
Incline Dumbbells- 20x15,20x15,25x12,30x10
Curl Bar Standing- 50x15,50x15,50x15,50x12
Rope Curls- 75x15,75x15,80x15,85x10
Sitting Curls- 20x15,20x15,25x12,25x10 Each arm
Hammers- 15x15,15x15,15x10
Triceps
One arm back extension knee on bench(lol)- 10x15,10x15,15x10,15x10- These arm the bomb
Dips-20,15,15,10
Skull Crusher on Back-50x15,50x15,50x15,50x10
Rope-75x15,75x15,80x12,80x10
Tryed one arm over head and didn't feel it so did Rope Standing Skull Crushers-
30x15,30x15- I don't feel these that good either so stopped
Forearms
Reverse Curls- 30x15,30x10,30x5 My arms are shot
Forearms Reverse straight out(idk..)- 20x15,20x15,20x15,20x15
I was thinking about my bike ride back so I stopped. I doin't do all bis then tris. I do one bi and then one tri and keep doing that.
I am focusing on really contracting. I am going VERY slow but not doing a count in my head. I am trying high reps out because I did low reps high weight for years...
All my logs won't be so lengthy just letting you know the jist of my routine.
I am currently 165 pre cycle. Now I am 172. I didn't even lift but was eating nicely. I am 6'.
LMK if you have any advice about his logs or workouts.
