I wouldn't worry much about ideal weight. We lift and run gear, those rules don't apply to us. My ideal weight is probably 160-170lbs, but to me that's concentration camp survivor, lol.

That's true, I just figured if I kept lbm and ended up with around 15-18% bf I'd be at that weight but who knows how I'll look. Will just see how it goes I guess and forget about the number :)

My ideal weight was 190 as a natty. I was physically lb for lb the strongest i ever was at that weight. But as Perryin said when your running gear its kind of a wash. Bulk, cut, bulk, cut. Adding muscle is still a slow process even WITH gear so it takes time to bulk up enough (years) and be able to cut down to your most muscular bodyweight. Most folks thats 50lb of fat or so. But that is part of adding muscle. Separate the two phases for maximum progress

Very true. Just takes time I guess, I need to be patient. Can't wait to get to bulk after this cutting is over, then like you mentioned another cut after that. Always a cycle. Thank you :)

Hate to be that guy in someone's log... but! You really should take a look more at your foundation of fitness rather then all the fascia. In saying that I mean you're looking to drop another 40ish pounds and that's equivalent to 25% of your overall body mass, you don't get there with clen and yohimbine and ephedrine stimulant drugs and weight loss supplements aren't neccasary unless you are in the fine tuning stages, Micheal Angelo started all his sculptures with a pic axe you don't tackle the bulk with a chisel bit. Nail your food in and optimize your output. I'm not saying don't use all means you're willing too but don't keep adding more and more and more. I've never seen anyone have long term success and happiness from short term fixes like clen or ephedrine or dnp or any weight loss drug cause if you don't maximize your metabolic rate and learn how to sustainably eat then you get a yo-yo. We are both really young in the first place to dabble with PEDs me worse then you so it's like the pot calling the kettle black here but it's something that I've experienced and whitnessed and been apart of for nearly a decade in fitness the only thing that really works is proper training and diet... well and tren but that's another animal lol

Yup, I figured I'd get a lot of suggestions to just focus on diet and working out before I even touch anything. I agree with you that those things are important. For the past three years I used a lot of otc fat burners and did crash diets, random workout routines I made up myself, excessive cardio, always binged and gained all the weight back. I'm finally back on track though, since I've started this log everything's been going a lot better. Not trying to rely on anything and it still has been really difficult. I know I can do it though.

Nah, not looking to date right now. Just got out of two back-to-back long term relationships that lasted three years total. Still sorting through all that plus I'm crazy busy and my life is a mess at the moment.

Ohh ok. I think it would be good to have some time off. I'm sorry about everything going on right now :/ I would describe my life right now a mess too. Let's hang in there, things will get better eventually. I know that probably doesn't help, but got to stay hopeful right.

I ended up hooking up with someone last night (LOL), after admitting I hadn't for like 2 years lol. It was such a weird coincidence and timing. He messaged me and he was in town...he coaches football and does camps etc. I thought he was pretty good looking and a lot of muscle. Not a lot taller than me though, like 5'8'' or 5'9'', prob 190-200lbs, and dark skin (just trying to describe lol). He was pretty chill, fun to be with. The other date with someone else is on Thursday and I think we're just going for coffee. He squats 405 :O so I guess this guy lifts too haha.

For supplements and vitamins, We mail order a ton of stuff from vitacost.

Yeah it def helps. There's a theory behind having a balance between sex food and sleep. If you think about it, it does make sense. That's good if things are going well between you both, 12 years is a long time. You must reallly like her :)
