LOG

I feel as if I could go up to 15 or 20mg but I'm not sure if I should. I know there's a higher risk of virilization, but so far I didn't experience any negative sides *knocks on wood. The main difference I feel is that my muscles feel fuller while I'm not even eating that many carbs, without it I think I would look pretty flat and also my strength goes down very quickly. In this thread so far, strength has been going up a little/maintaining at least. I don't really know if there would be any point to increasing the dose, just cutting anyway. Only other change is a much higher sex drive lol.

I was planning on going for 4-6 weeks then taking half the number of weeks off then starting primo to continue the cut.

I def do the same haha, already researching the bulk cycle. I can't wait!

Thank you, I didn't realize 1'' might be too long, I think I'll be okay tho, could just not go all the way if that's the case :)

I was curious what your preferred site is? Seems like the glute is pretty popular as well but idk, I've just got so much fat there I feel like I need a 2'' or 3'' needle lol. In videos I've seen you can see the guys' glutes muscles, they're pretty lean. Still a few weeks till I pin, but maybe I should just stick to delt? Thanks :)

Trying to not spam the thread with memes and belfies lol :D

If you are OK at your current dose then increase it and wait a week to see how you feel. If there is no unpleasant sides then you can go ahead.

As for my fave sites. I do glutes very rarely (injury related) but my main go to are my legs... quad and tear drop, my absolute favorite (plus I can see them well) and then my delts. But what I found with my delts, which I think is odd, I have to do those shots in the morning otherwise my whole arm hurts - kinda like tired muscle feels - very odd feeling. So yea:
#1 - quad and tear drop - those 2 spots I love
#2 - delts
#100 - glutes

Thanks GearGodess :) Ok, I will up to 15 then soon and see how it goes. Thanks for sharing, appreciate it :) I like that too about quads, easy to see compared to the other muscles.

I have volunteered several times to massage GG's glute injury away but so far she is resisting!!:)

Day 12 (of new split)
April/14/17
Protein= 170g
15mg var, 10mcgclen
Workout=
LOWER BODY HYPERTROPHY
and 15 min HIIT (this time on the stairmaster)

Notes:
I'm going to weigh myself tomorrow just to see what it is. I know its not lower than 170 and not higher than 190. Started at 187 so hopefully down. I def see a difference from when I started but I also know I still have a longggg way to go. I don't know why I compare my chapter 1 to other people's chapter 10's. Just doesn't make sense. I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels like this. Ever feel like you'll never be big/shredded/lean enough?

Anyways, just got to keep going.

Yes, a lot of us have full blown body dysmorphia. I'm never big enough, lean enough or strong enough. Every time I hit a milestone I'll feel good about it for a few days and then be thinking of the next one. Don't worry about it, it's great motivation to achieve what most never will.

I'm sorry you feel this way too :( Crazy you think of yourself like that knowing you probably have the goal bod of so many guys out there, but I understand. You really have a nice physique from what I've seen so far in your log :) Very true about it being motivating. We are our own competition.

Well, thanks. :D I'm pretty sure many, many here feel like that though, both male and female. It's pretty common with this kind of lifestyle. I feel pretty good about everything part of the time at least, haha.

You ever watch the BroScienceLife videos on YouTube? There's one called "Evolution of the Lifting Man" that's hilarious and also kind of accurate, lol.

Don't worry about where you're at now. Just keep doing what you're doing and it'll become weeks and months and years and even if you don't see it yourself you'll be way ahead of where you started out before you know it. I don't know what exactly you have in mind for yourself down the road, but you look pretty hot already from your pics. You're gonna do well at this. You obviously do your homework and go about things in an organized and well thought out manner. That's a recipe for success in my book. Coming here was a good choice, too. It'll benefit your journey greatly being a member here.

Totally agree with @Perrin Aybara about body dysmorphia.. we're so hard on ourselves. Just gotta keep pursing progress & enjoy the process. What's "perfect" anyway? Remember, you are your only competition!

P.S. Nice Ass ;)

Second this wholeheartedly. People I work with have complimented me numerous times about the weight I've lost but I still look in the mirror and am not satisfied.

Also remember, a pound of muscle weighs just as much as a pound of fat, but muscle is much more compact, so while I'm not making amazing strides when I step on the scale, the change is noticeable to other people who know me. Just not as noticeable to me because body dysmorphia is a real thing. Something many, if not most, of us deal with on a daily basis.

You look great and will only keep looking better the longer you train. We are our own worst critics. Just keep at it.

Thank you so much :) really means a lot. You're right, need to stop worrying about where I am now, no point in that. I won't be like this forever if I keep working hard.

I love Dom lmao. I haven't seen that video in particular but I'll make sure to watch it when I get home. My favorite video of all time is the bros vs. video of Dom and Bradley Martyn building furniture lol. I've watched that one at least 5 times the whole way through and laugh every time. That one and the ninja warrior one is also hilarious. I could link if you can't find it, definitely should watch though :)

Exactly! At least we're not in this alone. Love those 2 sayings you mentioned. Hard work always pays off right!

And thanks ;)

Thank you for this. I know that feeling very well, I'm sorry you feel this way too sometimes. From your avi you fill out your shirt so well, definitely looking good. I'm sure it took years of work and consistency to get to where you are right now, that is def not easy.

Very true on the muscle/fat. Got to remember that. Thank you :)

And weight today was 178 after breakfast, I forgot to weigh before. It's going to be okay. so I guess I'm 9-10 lbs down. Lean body mass is around 120, ideal weight is around 135, a little higher maybe.

Thank you for the compliment!

That's the great thing about this community, no matter how we perceive ourselves in the mirrors, the progress we make are inspirational for a lot of others. I'm inspired by members here daily.

I wouldn't worry much about ideal weight. We lift and run gear, those rules don't apply to us. My ideal weight is probably 160-170lbs, but to me that's concentration camp survivor, lol.

My ideal weight was 190 as a natty. I was physically lb for lb the strongest i ever was at that weight. But as Perryin said when your running gear its kind of a wash. Bulk, cut, bulk, cut. Adding muscle is still a slow process even WITH gear so it takes time to bulk up enough (years) and be able to cut down to your most muscular bodyweight. Most folks thats 50lb of fat or so. But that is part of adding muscle. Separate the two phases for maximum progress
