Long Off-Season to Classic D Class Weight Cap

Looks like your holding your level of BF pretty well while the scale is climbing.

When are you back in the PRC?

Yeah ended up being able to hold 108.45/240lbs pretty easily despite losing some weight during traveling.

I just got back to PRC today actually. 22 hours in flight/ at airports

Nice. 22 hours is not too bad when coming back over from the US. Heading to NYC in a couple weeks for work and then over to Toronto for a couple days. My return flight is 20 hours not including airports and commuting.

Hope you got some good seats. At your size economy is rough.

Yeah 20 in flight is a bad stretch but for a couple weeks it’s definitely not so terrible. Sounds like a day or slightly more with customs and all that, hope it goes smoothly bro! NYC and Toronto can be quite nice too sounds like a good time

Haha man seating was rough as hell. Within the first 20 minutes back started hurting on those stupid things. Had the whole row but also was flying alone with my kid so she took up most of the row to sleep, play and spill stuff on.

Weight similar, but digestion has had a massive uptick recently since I have returned to my exact staple foods and diet as well as schedule. Really digesting very very easily. Could easily add more food even though I was struggling to get between 700-900 carbs in while I was in America due to the type of rice I had.

Have maintained with this diet for about a month or so, and will be seeing with coach whether we need to cut, mini-cut or we will start a harder push up past my heaviest weight.

Condition is not terrible, and still several months away from where I need to end a bulk based on digestive standpoint and blood glucose, but perhaps I am at the point where I do not need to push body fat up as much and can stay more sensitive and less fat year round.
Ideally I would like to stay even leaner than this in the off season as we continue.

whats your current steriod cycle? ive been looking into running lower dosages and think of running somewhat 300mg test, 200-300eq for 20+ weeks for longer time after some trt time. saw you ran 250/test 250/eq for some time. interested in what u are doing

Holding 109.6kg/242lbs
Plan is unchanged, coach thinks progress is very good, training continues to get heavier or more reps. Blood glucose, blood pressure and so on is good. Just did a health check, and EKG, results are all fine

I do those lower doses in between phases for health/rebounding before tapering the amount up or adding compounds. I don’t see why you wouldn’t be able to do that for 20+ weeks. Progress won’t be crazy but it’s very sustainable and consistent.

Right now I am not on low doses though, i have tapered up to my maximum caloric content, and PED quantity over 12 weeks, starting at doses similar to those you brought up, for some months then I added ~150mg per week as advised.

Blast has been several weeks at:
T 750, EQ, 325, ment 150

For me, blood pressure, health is very good on this quantity as I do cardio consistently, eat clean (1 cheat meal a week), do steps and have a very active job. This is an easy amount for my body to tolerate with minimal AI but of course everyone is different.

So currently at about 110.6kg/244lbs
My bulk ends in 1 week.
Cut for 8 weeks. Then I will be pushing up again.
Depending on where my muscle mass is maybe I will only need one more push to get very close to the weight class limit.
Based on progress, my coach suggests we begin competing in 2016. When I initially started to work with him, I said I don’t want to get on stage if not to win.

I have also started massage for certain muscle groups on a weekly basis to destroy scar tissue from incorrect injection practices, and to restore some mobility and blood flow to places that are too tight.

Here are some comparisons with check ins

1. Last March (in bulk vs today, end of bulk)

2. 16 weeks of off season. End of rebound to last week.
100kg/220lbs to 110kg/243lbs

I am currently 93kg/205lbs, and need to add another 12.2kg to get to the Classic weight cap which is 105.2kg/232lbs for a 6 foot 2 inches/ 188cm person.

Since December I have added over 6kg stage weight, going from 87 to 93 but ending up leaner than I was previously and with less water, so probably more muscle. That being said I am 4 weeks out with this condition so I probably need to gain something like 14kg muscle mass. I have worked with one coach since that time and will continue through this period with the same coach which will take well over a year.

Today my second rebound and off season push starts.

My cycle is 250 test per week, 250 eq per week and 5iu gh.
My coach will give me a new split tomorrow for the off season, since right now it had adjustments made to be appropriate for cutting. All training is done to or past failure with intensifiers. High volume, high intensity.

I lost a decent amount of strength during this cut because I was at 108.8kg/240lbs, so I lost 35lbs.

For example (with 8 rep range)
I lost 10kg off my RDLs went from 180kg to 170kg.
-15kg from my incline bench 140kg to 125kg
-20kg flat press 160kg to 140kg
-15kg overhead pressing (150kg to 130kg machine)
-40kg leg press (300kg to 260kg)
-20kg tBar Rows- (4 plates to 3 plates)
-40 hip thrust (260kg down to 220kg)

Some of these were also influenced by the fact that I herniated a disc. I still can train every body part correctly but I wasn’t able to hinge and leg press, RDL, or hip thrust for several weeks while my spine healed. So for some time I replaced them with similar movements.

Here are current photos before my rebound and where I start this process before I make my way to the stage

Some different lighting (will take back updates today)
