so this workout my numbers are a bit different. Did my pressing with an MP pro who has a show coming up in Korea soon. So the set up was a bit different for my incline. Strength is definitely the level where I can get work in so that was cool. I still did same workout, just warm up was different, top set on that one exercise. Was cool to lift with someone who has some intensity. Actually I’m pretty surprised because his top set was 3 then 4 to failure with assistance and a full assisted rep with the incline and he is several weeks out. Goes against what all the science nerds preach online. WORKING works, fuck all that in reserve crap

Body fat seems to be falling slowly, but weight is now stalling out.

Still hitting PRs. Pushed pretty hard today… I added 20kg to my hack squat this week. I’m trying my best to keep improving until my calories drop more. Tempo wasn’t amazing though

I was beat by the end of this session even though some numbers don’t look like much, the hack squat and press variation took a lot out of me. I can do a lot more on leg press but I feel much more quad specificity in the hack press, with some changes to how I use the pad it feels like the Icararian lying sled leg press which I really like and always gets crazy grinding sets to failure

Friday: shoulders.
Nothing really to report here, all weights either were the same or improved on smaller muscle group movements. Triceps regained some strength they lost, rear delts as well. Lateral raise variations had some extra weight on top RAMPS and while running the racks.

Now unposed at 108kg.

Stomach fat is being reduced, still have a lot to go. Oddly enough glutes have started show striations, before stomach fat is gone. I think this time I will get into condition I will feel better about moving into the last weight gain phase before preparing to compete.
 
Average of 107.5kg (gained weight) so
Diet changed, added 20mcg clen. Also added 175 tren A. On training days- lower carbs. On rest days- lower fats and carbs. No more cheat meals.

This morning woke up at 106kg after the small adjustments.

Training is going well. Last week my RDL with much stricter technique and pre fatigue/ RAMP sets is back at 200kg.
My back is still getting stronger, and my arms started to regain strength.

I overestimated my pressing strength this week though, and I tried to incline press 165kg/365lbs but only got to 4 reps and failed before lock out in 5.. I totally forgot adding 10lbs will take off 2 reps… it scales si much slower than legs. the more weight I add on movements the more it takes to add weight and I don’t think I’m going to be able to get 6+ reps at 165 this cut, so I need to just try to hold 140+ which would still be an entire 40kg more than where I ended my last cut. My pecs when isolated now are still massively stronger than in the past and are holding strength very well.

Now that I am leaner, I finally started to get work again regarding physique/advertisement stuff, will do a shoot with a company that manufactures machines in 2 weeks, and with more aggressive diet i should look leaner before doing it. This would be a first doing work for a brand that makes machines and since I like trying out different ones, it might be interesting.

Can’t wait to be shredded. I’m still on 3.6k calories training days. 2.6k rest iirc
Now I slowly start to take off weight in big shoulder movements too. Only able to seated overhead 160kg x 6 today on the machine. I wanted 8 but for sure I don’t have as much glycogen especially after leg day with lower calories.

Leg day I can still try to add weight but I burned myself out really hard. Hack squat got to 350kg x 7 with fine tempo and control (PR), and I had to sleep as soon as I got home, after the whole session. Next day stuff felt harder for sure recovering.

I think I made some decent progress, my legs and hamstrings are much clearer despite not being at the end of the cut. Same with tie ins on shoulders etc. I’m still holding fat on my lower gut, pecs, and glutes mostly.

Condition slowly improving,
Strength holding pretty decently. Still able to incline 150kg for 7, overhead machine 160kg for 9, RDL 200 for 5, hack squat 350kg for 8. Pec fly also is maintaining well, back all movements are same weight.

Notes: I am being more cautious about lifts engaging my lower back, because if lower calories it is not recovering as quickly as before.
I didn’t expect this, so I really am using a much stricter tempo on RDLs, hip thrusts, and back day to make sure I really moderate the engagement surrounding the lumbar spine.
After my accident last year, not doing further damage on my spine is basically top priority. I 100% saw some atrophy on my left leg after the injury and I really want to avoid it since it was a painstaking process to heal and fix the imbalance.

My bodybuilding recently got much more affordable, as I took a fitness industry job on top of my day job which I fly out for once or twice a month and it fully pays for several months of gear after one working day. Nothing crazy just some video/photo
and reviewing/giving feedback about machines.

Body building is not a cheap hobby especially the food during my off season and the growth hormone, so I am glad it is now not only going to be paying for itself but also giving back more than I pay for it. I just like body building and never felt entitled to get something back from it, so I feel very thankful and blessed that I can now make some extra money just doing something I wholeheartedly enjoy and it is no longer a financial strain but a benefit.
 
Discussed gyno removal with my coach, and now will go in for a screening this week. Planning on having it removed in the coming month when my body fat is very low. I’ve had gyno since puberty, and I don’t like how it looks on my front double, and ab and thigh shots. Frankly I don’t want to get on stage with gyno. I don’t have a problem with it, or some kind of insecurity and I have competed in water polo, swim and Muay Thai without shirts when I was natural and had small gyno but those sports don’t judge the physique.
Just gonna get it out of the way asap since it is really distracting in the context of classic physique (lines, flow etc) and I believe it will influence the overall look presented on stage.

Hopefully it goes well, cosmetic surgery is super popular in the city I live in and I found a place that specializes in gyno removal. Doing a minimally invasive surgery is pretty affordable quoted at like 6-8k with a 2-4 week recovery and no scarring. Traditional with stitches here is still available at 4k+ but after seeing the before and after pictures of post minimally invasive at the clinic I just decided to do it this way. So I will be back to training chest very fast, missing 3-4 sessions of only chest, in the last few years is really not a big deal haha.

Isn't that a lot where you live? What is the median monthly or annual income?
The median monthly income here is about 4,600 rmb -about 640Usd (amounts in first post are also RMB not USD, so it is 600-1,200 USD for the procedure. since we were talking about it locally).

So it is not very inexpensive for most locals, but generally for ex pats the wages will be much higher due to the type of work they are doing since we cannot enter the country to do unskilled labour, and they don’t have immigration, accept refugees etc. the same way the western countries do.
 
Gyno situation update: so definitely do have gyno based on scans, the glands are about 2 & 2.3 inches.

We discussed the entire procedure + recovery. My surgery will have to be modified slightly due to the fact that the nipples are unusually small. (Alpha male nipples that defy science) and cost for bilateral gyno removal. Will come out to approximately 2,000 USD (14,000RMB) to fully remove it. The doctor also said that because of the muscularity of the upper pec, where the gyno is, and my fat distribution— there will likely be a big difference in the appearance— the upper pec will look more developed than it currently does in comparison to the lower pec.
I will remove it after I am finished with this cut and no longer using trenbololone and masteron, and will be rebounding because we only a little test (around 300mg per week, and some gh), that way I can be on minimal gear, in a health phase during recovery and will not skip chest sessions when I’m really getting stronger and putting on new tissue.

So the doctor just said to book an appointment 5-7 days in advance at a minimum, which means I can wait until we’re closer to the end of the cut specifically
