I think @Masters Power was running it awhile back if I remember correctly. I've looked at it a little, but never tried it.
I downloaded the spreadsheet. Looks legit. Its only 6 weeks, then repeat. So if I dont like it its no problem.
It's always good to try new programs, might learn something that works well for you and can adapt it to your own training later.
Yeah. I feel like i need something new after all this time off PLing and my weight loss. I was debating between that and your DUP style programming. Im just lazy and his allowed me to plug in numbers and just do it like Sheiko.
I hear you, doing your own gets exhausting and full of second guessing sometimes. It's nice having a coach where you can just let go and trust the process. I'll definitely hire mine again, before the stress and weight loss and injuries I was making killer progress.
Im thinking of doing that too. Theres a real nice poweifting gym here. Met a few folks. They got coaches there and kind of run like a team when meets come. Only problem is its 100 a month and I have a free gym, so i dont know if im willing to pay
The environment at my gym is really awesome, and I do pay a little bit extra for it (and special equipment mind you). It's nice to be able to lift heavy and not worry that you're gonna get kicked out for being loud or whatever.I pay like $50 a month to go to my highly casual gym full of old people and teens, I think I'd try to swing it. I always hear how much of a difference environment makes.
