Just worked my way up to 120kg comp bench press... 3 singles, then a double to finish. Not great numbers... But good for me!
Squat was so so, up to 3 singles at 175.5kg
Deadlift went well... Finished on a PB 240kg/529lbs.
Failed at 250/550... But I'll get it next week!
