-10 for any truck 2wd or 4wd that's lifted and the only off-roading it's seen is when the tough guy behind the wheel jumps the curb to not wait for a right hand turn. Any 1ton with a 6" lift should be a cardinal sin! it makes it harder to load a quad in the back and you have to have a 8" drop hitch to tow anything, utterly useless besides that they can finally say they are 6inches raised

Getting small in preparation for my competition. Got hit by a semi truck 1.5weeks ago in my car so took the past week stretching and doing mobility went to the Chiropracter 6x and massage therapist 3x spent money I didn't have but I want this so bad. 23 days till competition so no time to screw about. I'm doing everything I can: growing a beard, dressing in superman, taking too much preworkout, taking noshame gym selfies anything that helps I'll do to be #1 on that plateform

23 days out right now, but as per usual for any meet I've suffered injury drastically close to the meet. Should be able to still take first in my catagory even if I have to do 90% on my squat and deadlift to not effect my back

Nice. I want first across the board next meet and not just for my weight. Pound for pound might be hard since smaller lifters have the advantage, but first for my weight and first of anyone there seems attainable. The only guy with a total higher than mine was less than 25lbs over mine Saturday.
