I just squatted a double at 220kg and then two singles at 235kg for a 5kg PB. Chuffed to bits. Also, fucking knackered.

All this talk about competing has me all sorts of worked up. Can anyone point me in a decent direction to look for local powerlifting, aside from Meso threads. I have found a bunch of stuff online but wanted to hear what you guys lean towards.

Lots of warm-ups ! Bodyweight only squats for 2x10 ....then 135x6x2 . Now your ready to increase the weight....
