Im still wrapping my head around the whole RPE concept. Is this something you know for each one through calculations or do you do it by feel?

It's a feeling you get in your loins :p but seriously for myself it is a bit of both I know through calculations what it should be but numbers don't decide if I'm having a good day or not cause sometimes squatting 405x3 can feel like RPE8 and other days it's a RPE10 so you do have to modify for the day but you should know a rough ballpark of were it is at and be honest with yourself on this which is the hardest part everyone tends to think they have more in the tank then they really do and it screws programming up

RPE is a measure of exertion. A RPE 10 means all out maximal effort. RPE 9 means you had maybe one rep left. RPE 8 means you had 2-3 reps left. 7 means the bar speed was fast with maximal force applied to the bar.
 
I kind of went overboard on my cheat meal...Half a little ceasers deep dish pizza felt bad about it, went to the gym killed legs then had a bad ass bench session got up to 300 for 3, felt like I could of went heavier but the wife went with me and kept pretending to teabag me:confused:
 
Does your wife have balls?
Or otherwise, does teabag have a different meaning than "dip testicles in and out of someone's mouth" which I am not aware of?!

Mine has done that to me also! Haha. Our ladies are sick in the head man!!

I miss little Caesars. Don't have them around me any more :(
