yeah, doing the TNE in the car had me shaking like a dog shitting razor blades honestly. Definitely a change in me, as when i was doing heroin, i would shoot up anytime anywhere without a care in the world.

Hypothetically I may have considered checking out meet facilities when I weigh in the day before to see what the possibilities of injecting something on meet day without being noticed are.
 
Sorry dude but if you are at a national or world level then that is out of my league. Priority mailbit to wherever you are staying it will be there when you get their. are you competing at that level..just curios
 
Kudos to you my friend.. I know I went to a concert one time in my younger years and was staying at a hotle. I called a day ahead and told them I was having something ups'd for work. I had a bunch of goodies sent for the concert. When I got there there the next day ups showed up 2 hrs later.. just a thought.
 
I was able to cut over 10lbs in less than a week while on over a gram of test leading up to the meet.

My coach prefers going higher with deca than with tren for a meet.

Basically:
Test as high as you can handle
Deca as high as you can handle
Moderate to high tren dose
Drol
Halo for last few weeks before the meet or if you can't tolerate it for meet day
Don't think he's ever used cheque drops or anything like that FWIW

*an added benefit of halo will be to shed water weight you might have gained from test.

This is going to sound crazy but I'm wondering has anybody ever found anything WADA approved besides preworkout that helps them? I'm trickling on being able to set the bench record for my weight class and on my best of days I could do it but right now I'm not at my best so it's iffy. Literally anything that could help give me 5lb extra would make it happen for me whether it be a WADA approved pill or a certain warmup way that's unconventional any idea is a good one and if I'm not already utilizing it I'll utilize it on meet day and hope and pray

That will def set some PRs and records for you if you can keep your BP relatively in check. I would toy around with the compounds you don't have experience with before the actual meet. You don't want to fuck up on meet day bc something doesn't agree with you.

For the halo, do 10-20mg about 45min before each lift. You'll be a fuckin animal!

stealing this. something similar to what i would have come up with. im doing 8 week blasts from here on out. is that your usual duration Masters?
 
I would never be able to keep my shit together with the tren and anadrol. More power to you.... 2 weeks out do a mini meet. If you don't you will not be able to judge your openers and it may set all your numbers off. Whatever iou hit in the mini meet don't try to PR.. on meet day start 30lbs heavier on each opener. Cause by the your strength is going to be way diff.. especially with loading yourself up on meet day. Keep me informed I would like to know your numbers now and two weeks out...

Masters doesn't usually publish his numbers bc hed be easily identified but I can vouch that he is a fucking animal in not just his class but in general lol

Well since it is illegal where I live I don't use AAS but if it were legal I would do 8 week blasts. At 50 it wouldn't make a lot of sense to do long cycles for me. My blood pressure was 118 over 74 last week. Like to be able to keep it there going forward.

It would be great if the numbers would increase that much but the reality is when you get to certain level you just aren't going to get that kind of an increase. Adding 30-40 pounds to the total would make me happy.

And I should clarify that when I say a certain level I mean having trained and competed for a certain amount of time and dialed in your form. There are surely much younger guys with much lesser experience who have higher numbers than I do already and could potentially increase each lift by that much.

Thanks Doc but not true. I can keep up with the younger guys benching but my pull numbers only look good compared to other masters category lifters. I'm constantly awed by the number of younger guys at 165 or 181 who can pull 600+.
