last meet I was in the strongest lifter in my eyes. BW CAMPARED TO POUNDS PULLED was a 150 pund girl and I mean girl she was just turning 17 she pulled 315. I was very impressed by that..so we're many others..
 
Many moons ago I had a good friend who played wingwoman for me. Would subtly mention to prospects how she had heard repeatedly what a great fuck I was.

You can be my powerlifting wingman Doc!! Spread the word I'm a beast. It makes no difference what the truth is.
Wing woman are gold at the bars every girl trusts another girl in that aspect for some weird reason. Hell docs got me sold!
 
Well, just got paid and ordered my Slanger... Got the 'Full boar' since I'm anticipating on benching over 300 soon.
 
what are these "pre workout drinks" you speak of??!! will they ad 20lbs to my bench press?

I heard if you drink the whole container of pre workout it's like taking halo top without the side effects. Plus it adds 100 pounds to every lift. Trust me I heard it from a guy benching 700 for reps.
 
I don't know if any of y'all watched the prime time 93kg nationals but holy shit! Jessie Norris takes the win but in a close second place was a 57 year old who wore Nike running shoes for every lift! The dude had on the same pair of shoes every grandpa wears daily and he pulled over 700 in them! Guess all my gear means nothing I'm retiring :oops:

Competition day!!!! Started my weigh manipulation on Monday weighing 194lb woke up this morning weighing 188lb while having eaten a Maintenence level of calories all week so I would have proper recovery, so pretty cool to be able to drop 6lbs in just what I've eaten and how I've loaded my water and sodium

Pretty much followed this chart to a T but for water I did 16L both 4days and 3 days out and then 8L 2days out then 2L yesterday. Only reason I did that was because my normal amount of water intake a day is 10-12L so I figured it must want me to load extra so i pee more and flush my body. Otherwise I've followed this chart to a absolute T. Also 5days out when it says high carb day that is in there for doing your openers but if you aren't working up to openers that day don't carb up like I did.
 
I have the worst time trying to make weight. Long story short I weighed in 2x being 100grams overweight then had to wait another hour and a half to weigh in again so I didn't get to eat before my squat attempt as I only had 15mins from weighing in to warm up and get to it. Still slayed the competition coming 50+LB above the guy who came second. Pretty great day after my set backs unfortunately no PRs but a meet total PR and went 7/9 missing one squat due to a calve cramp and my final deadlift rolled forward on me making me earthquake, if I wanted I could have gotten it but I already won so I dropped it to not risk getting hurt.

Holy shit is that how those meets usually go? Sounds like a rough, but rewarding, day!
Usually you weigh in at 10 am start lifting by noon and out by like 5 but the venue was small and they had a lot of lifters 126 total so they required a morning and night group and my weight was the night group unfortunately
