Events for strongman comp. I'm doing have been posted. Unless I lose some weight, the two event I'm most concerned about are the 750lb yoke walk, and 600 deadlift for reps in 60 sec.
If I can come in under 231, I can knock a little weight off both of those. Weighed 234 last Thursday, and between the training for this and some supplements I'm using I don't foresee myself dropping weight without effort that would probably negatively impact my strength.
I've got right at 11 weeks. Will have a yoke and stones to train with within the next two weeks. Game plan is to get a feel for how training is going and decide where I need weight to be at 7-8 weeks out and act accordingly.
