How long ago did you get your Death Row wraps? They've been out of stock forever, so I shot them an email to ask when they'd have some. They got right back to me and said they actually just got some and they could send me an invoice if I'd like. I said yes and got no response, sent two more emails with no response and it still said out of stock on their website.
I've been reading their company is really poorly run, so I might end up going with an alternative and just pick up the Death Rows if and when they ever get in stock. I did read somewhere Inzer filed a lawsuit against Powerbelly, so maybe that has something to do with it.
I've heard that too and I would definitely grab them if I were you. They are worth the wait. I got mine back in the summer last year.
That's what I keep hearing about them. I'll hold off as I won't be training with wraps until a couple months out anyway. Let me know how they work at your meet that's coming up.
Perrin, Crain's muscle world sells and stocks genesis power knee wraps and iron wraps z. I don't know much about either as both my knee wraps were purchased 20 years ago and still going strong, but those are a couple more options.
What's up guys? Been a minute since I posted anything worth while. Well, I hit my goal yesterday. Put up 405x2 squat.
Training is going well. Just too busy / tired to keep up with posting.
Only goal I have left to hit is 495 DL. Then I'll have smashed all my "cycle" goals, without ever being on lol.
Congrats. You'll have a great strength base before starting and you'll be glad you did. Bench goal?
Thanks bro. My goal was originally to hit 225 for reps.. Im still sorta working on that. When I made that goal, I couldn't even put up 225... But I'm hitting it for 3-4 now. I'd like to hit 225 for 3x5, that's probably my next goal... That will hopefully put me around 275ish max.... On cycle I wanna hit 315 for reps
Yup. I altered a few things slightly to fit more with my training style, but the core of the program, and most lifts remain the same .. once a week I do a back squat day instead of front.Are you still running the DUP routine?
I'm starting to worry about you guys. Cutting? Who in the hell does cutting? I haven't cut weight since i quit wrestling, at least not on purpose.
