Since its "cutting" season (I know everyone here doesn't like that word I'm sorry :() what's everyone's preferred cardio? I like the stair mill or hiking/incline treadmill just cause I find it gives my medial quads a workout at the same time and I'm weak in that department. What are y'all brutes doing in forms of "cardio" while keeping strength

idk how many of you guys enjoy drol as much as me, but for what it's worth this go round I switched labels and am running the british dragon green box 50mg...pretty impressed. As good as any Ive ever had.

I hate drol! I have to take a caffeine pill everyday at 3 p.m. when I'm on that shit. So tired all the time. I just finished a three week cycle of 100MG and couldn't wait to stop.

I'll explain the 3 week cycle now because I know if someone will ask. 8 weeks out of a PL meet:

3 weeks drol 100mg ED drol
1 week off
2 weeks dbol 50mg ED
1 week off
50mg drol 50mg dbol ED for the week leading up to the meet and day of meet with some test suspension on top as the icing :)

Farmers carries are about as close as I get to doing any cardio these days.
 
Good strength gains? I've never really looked much into drol, heard it makes you feel pretty rough.

Anadrol is probably the best AAS I've used - my experience is usually when I take my first dose the next day I will wake up fuller and the day after that the bar will move faster on all my lifts.

Aside from my face looking real bloated when I'm on it, I actually like the look it can give because for me all the added water is intramuscular instead of sub.q.

People over-exaggerate drol's harshness imo - it's probably one of the mildest orals but it has a reputation for being harsh because it will make some guys feel like shit.

Next time I run it I'm going to try 100-150mg qd with 125mg test e a week.

It's also probably one of the best steroids for cutting or recomping - you'll hold onto strength easy and you will pretty much always stay full despite being on restricted calories. It also suppresses appetite for a lot of people which can be good or bad depending.

I may give it a shot someday. Dbol made me feel like shit last cycle. Not 100% sure it was entirely the dbol, but the timeframe fits. I got some var to try out this next time to see how it does me.

If orals have a tendency to make you feel shitty then I would keep a close eye on blood pressure. If you don't have one, look into getting a monitor you can use at home. You can get an OMRON brand monitor for $50 from walmart, it's good for up to 17.5" arm size.

I say this because on anadrol I'm basically at 160/80 with a 90-100 heart rate all the time. That would make more than a few people feel like shit.

I've got three BP monitors actually. Had one meant for small arms that was giving me crazy readings until I found out why, then got one off eBay with an XL cuff that doesn't work and finally got a functional one with a big cuff from a buddy.

I think my problem is my rbc/hematocrit runs high all the time and I can't donate. I'm thinking there must be some issue there that I haven't narrowed down yet. Apparently there's a few possible causes. I also suspect it must have been high before AAS as it was 55 after seven weeks of my first cycle, was 50 after cruising six weeks and now it's 55 again. I've got blood drawing equipment on the way, so I'll see how I feel if I can get it down.

Yeah, I'm sensitive to BP issues. My fiancee says I'm crazy and there's no way I could notice it going up a little, but if I get up in the 130's and 140's I can tell I don't feel right.

I wonder that about those huge guys, too. He must cruise on a gram of test to maintain that type of size. Can't imagine the volume of food every day either. I can imagine it actually, just wouldn't want to eat it.

I can feel my if my bp is high at night. Well hear/ feel.
