We did have shipping delays back in 2011. This is the single time we had shipping issues in 10 years being on the market. Seems like a lot of people can not forget/forgive/understand this.
Not sure if there are many other sources with 10 years experience shipping huge amounts of packages on daily basis and that never had a shipping issue, considering the nature of the business. Nevertheless, we did deliver every single pending order later that year from another shipping location. Nobody was left behind. People have actually been surprised they have been receiving double of what they ordered because eventually the first shipping location that has held the packages released them a few months later.
We have been sending mass emails to our over 500k customer base asking if there is still anyone left. We took care of everyone and every single complaint. And if there is still anyone left guys, please do let me know. I always told and will repeat again, no single person will ever lose their hard earned cash with naps. This is our number one business rule. This is our business ethics.
Since that one time the shipping was fixed, delivery time improved to 12-14 days. New locations and brands of products were added. A lot of positive changes. Not only we have been able to improve the service but we are handling much more volume than it was 5 years ago and with much greater success. And I can prove this if administration will allow us a free giveaway I will flood you guys with free stuff just so you can check our service again. Oh, and we have a fun feature called Product of the Week where you customers vote for the product during the week and it goes on 50% off sale next week if it wins. Last week it was Hygetropin at half price.
P.S. I read somewhere here a person posting that whatever happened to naps in 2011 he should have been able to easily fixed the issue. That guys doesn't know what he is talking about. It's hard and may be not necessary to explain on the boards the other side of the coin of this business and all the back office work but you need some serious resources, connections etc to be able to immediately take care of the 5k pending packages by regrouping as fast as you can and deliver it from another location, plus fixing the issue with the first location where the initial 5k orders have been on hold at that moment. It costed us a fortune considering an average order is $300. Although we received a lot of negative publicity that year and it's still following us sometimes, I'm very proud to say that we never ran away, never intended to and no single customer was left behind.
