@naps.. my order was on 5th August.. the order the confirmation and the processing changed the next day on 6th August, today after i asked you and your customers support and i explained my issue, the order status has been changed to shipped with tracking number.. This tracking number is not registered yet in any post office and no items was received in your country, if it assigned to the shipper since 5th August we would track that online.

.. i can send the tracking number to the admins if they would like to help and protect their members, they can follow the date of the shipping when it appears, it will be after i asked to send my money back..

By the way, i talked with the customers service early in the morning before i wrote my post here.. and i have opened a ticket also.

so you can't change the time and the date by the post office.. i have all mails between me and the customers support, so keep on fucking with me..

This is the data from the system. What 6th August you are talking about? Read our FAQ, we can hardly change anything once the payment has been accepted and order forwarded to the shipper. In your case 6 days have past. The tracking number is available. It may start working now or later but it's out of our hands. The shipper could ship it through a drop box or the package could not be scanned yet. But it's not in our hands now. We can not run to the PO and ask to look for the package. Your order status has been updated by the shipping department that has nothing to do with website support. We procesess hundreds of orders daily.

The sad part is customers like this are calling us scammers if the website support refuses to refund in similar cases.

@naps, the case shouldn't take that long discussion and it could be solved from the beginning, the situation was clear.

any way thank you and if i did't have issues with the customs in my country, i would order and keep this order on, my problem was not with the products, i didn't test them before, my problem was only private issues with the customs..

to be honest, without the help here i couldn't get my money back, @naps also took the case seriously. i don't know if he works with the customers service there, but he seems to be different .. if you're not thankful to people, you're not thankful to God.. thank you.

the order on 6th August was updated to processing in my account , i checked it that day, so i'm sure.. there is no need to long discussion, I'm thankful to you that you solved my issue and moved the case, because i received a message from napsgear customers service 30 minutes before that they would not send the money back as i understood from the message, but thank you..

Brother, fakes are bad business. We have over 30 random samples tested by anaboliclab. All bought anonymously from our website. All the tested products have been dosed right.

Was it the first time you are using Primo? Let me send you the Bayer ones so you can compare.
No, I do not have an unopened vial to send, but I would love to see the test results from that batch # that I received, and, yes I am familiar with primo, though not geneza brand which I obviously have a problem with. I also will not pay more money for Bayer or any brand to be potentially cheated AGAIN. I paid with trust the last time and got screwed. If you want to send Bayer to make it right, I will not argue, but as it stands now, I got screwed and should not even need to be having this conversation. If your interested in following up on this post, send a PM. If not , my opinions and future posts will not have changed.
 
Wow this might be one of my first real post, why not make it a pseudo-shill post. I had some money to blow on a cycle. So i did.
BACK IN MAY 28th to be precise. I wanted a nice stack with all my pct and ais layed out. My logic is , if my gut was wrong i would run a completely bunk cycle and had wasted alot of money.

So i ordered Normas test e, gp deca250, BD dbol and some gp nolva aromasin etc.
Now after going through various moneygram issues. That were unsavory to deal with, i managed to get half my order shipped by the end of june.

By july the only thing missing was my test.
I wanted the normas even if the risk of a fake batch was highly made in notable forums including this one. But also heard about greece and custom issues.

Went the internal CS route found the naps guy on here, pretty easy to switch my order up by early june 27th. From an excessive amount of norma test to a crapload of GP test.

So i waited and waited and wrote tickets. Found out naps was having a summer shipping issue. W.e . It got here all of it.

Got bloods a week before august, started my cycle on august 1. No shilling ,just a source newb trying to layout a story about purchasing as honestly as i can. Because the scene can be highly informative but also biased because of swirls of tests, and stories from members without any exp in ugls.

I will post a seperate thread, when my cycle ends around october . Pre/mid/final bloods and as many pics as i can of product and stuff for the newbs.

But just to state for the record. The bd dbol is g2g . I hope the injects arent as underdosed as everyone has said. Thanks for the great info around this board love the educated arguements . Thanks!

Dude seriously, you are a tool. How do you know the BD dbol is good right now? Maybe you got a good batch. What if someone who sees your post, expecting it to be g2g places an order for that dbol and its bunk? Dont ever endorse a source. Shit changes from day to day with these fools. And yes you knew this was coming.....shill.
 
Okay, so I was wrong. NapsGear delivered. It took sevens weeks from placement of order until it actually arrived, but, today, I did receive. I'm astonished they went ahead and sent after all the grief I have been feeding them. The package was seven days in transit, the rest of the time NapsGear continued to blame Customs on their end causing the hold-up. NapsGear! You will continue to get my business as you have in the past.
