I have yet had a problem with naps there A1 for me some times its not on naps end bitcoin did that to me once weeks to clear and I contacted naps alot they always got back bitcoin on other hand never answered

I've had no problems with napsgear seems like I been getting my order faster every time I got my last order 6days after it shipped

Wait, They actually have a customer service dept?! Could have fooled me! I never got a response on tickets. I wish I would have seen all this before submitting an order. Honestly I had written it off as a loss and then suddenly it shipped. Still waiting, ordered first week of Dec ‘17. Tracking says it’s here stateside now and should be deliver soon. So we’ll see. Don’t know yet. I’ll post again when I know more.

I've been using them for years. In all that time I had only 2 packages seized, but they always reshipped. My last two packages came about a month ago. They sat in the country of origin for a frickin' long time. Almost a month, if not a bit longer. I thought for sure they weren't going to make it. Then suddenly they left the country and were in my mailbox within days.

Not great on communication. Funds were received WU 5 weeks ago. No response to tickets or emails. I had pretty much given up. Then suddenly it shipped and stayed in country of origin for weeks. Tracking finally appeared stateside. And was at the doorstep a week later. 5 weeks total from WU to front door. No idea about potency but looks great. lol Then again, this was my very first experience with a public source. After reading these threads, I didn’t have a lot of hope and kinda wished I hadn’t... But they came through.
