OP you need to take a step back and approach this with a little more logic. Do you really think introducing drugs to cover up side effects from other drugs is the best course of action?

Also, based on your profile pic, you need to focus less on drugs and more on training + nutrition.

Continuing with your current approach will only lead to bad things.
 
Drop everything and cut back to trt/cruise dose. Those blood pressure numbers are wild and more drugs isn't the solution. Please take time to get a better understanding of everything and then hit a better built cycle in time when you have a better understanding and your health markers are under control and also when you've had more time to figure out diet and training.

I tend to do a few bicep curls here and there once a year and dance in my living room feeling like God with mental illness listening to hardstyle eating 300 calories atm.

Going to jump it back up to 4000 calories on the 1st of October and still dance to hardstyle feeling like God with mental illness.

If I'm feeling a little bit checky, I'll do a few bicep curls every 6 months instead of each year. Might even add in creatine, but that would be to much.

I have a resting heart rate of 120-140 bpm.

I remember bieng 20 and loving how tren felt. Big difference is I lifted like a maniac back then but whatever. I do know that 300mg of tren back then floored the crap out of me, BP and everything else. So I’ll join the pile of good advice on dropping the tren.

Also I’m on Telmisartan and it takes awhile to work so you will not be getting immediate relief, try 2 weeks.

For all the other members I think this poster may really enjoy the asshole/god complex feeling tren imparts and he kinda has the vibe of a more recreational drug user at least that’s my short read

Nah I'm 6,3 last time I got measured, but haven't been measured since, as I have gotten taller so not completely sure to be honest, but seems like I've stopped growing for a year now roughly.

Going to be eating an unbelievable amounts of red meat, white meat, fish, vegetables, fruit etc. 4000 calories a day which will be easy to nail.

Unhealthy I know, but that's the name of the game at the end of the day.

Then going to cut it back down to 2500 calories to drop back down in weight.

From the chair photo I would say 6’2” 188cm at most but I’m 6’2” and most mirrors are mounted bellow my eye level so he might be shorter. Looking at the photos he might be 180lbs or 82kg at most if actually at 188cm. If you really want me to use bluebeam measurements I can measure his phone and peg his height better but that sounds to much like work.

However, this is the internet so he is 6’3” at 240 it sounds like.
 
Ok hes definitely trolling. That's actually my exact stats I've said it before, I'm 6'3 240 not a internet 6'3 240 either ,close to 20 percent body fat. And I have more muscle mass and a little more body fat.​
