New Anavar Cycle

I’m interested to see how far my deficit takes me. I already am lean. I just want to get that muscle tone popping! I’ve worked my ass off the last year to drop a lot of fat, so now I can see where I’m leaning and hoping this will take it over the edge.
Let’s me real, I gotta keep my hubby drooling!

Haha! I hear ya girl!! I’m on my second cycle and trying to bulk so eating at a surplus. I gotta admit, I can’t wait to lean back out.
 
So your at 29% body fat now and want to take anavar for the sole purpose of dropping your body fat to 23%??? If I were in your shoes I would concentrate on my diet and cardio before using AAS. Get to around 20% or lower then cycle and your results will be much greater! If your resorting to anavar now then your diet and cardio have not been on point. Maybe get more strict dieting and lay off the weights a little and bust your ass on cardio.

Will you see results ? Sure you will. Would they be greater with lower body fat and more disciplined diet yep! Doing it this way your running with a parachute on.

Day 5 update:

I am currently 5 days in on my cycle. I've seen a dramatic increase in my energy and absolutely love it! I feel good, happy and extremely calm. I feel like I just let things roll of my back, when usually negative comments or negative input are bothersome. My husband is blown away by this. I have had some amazing, high energy, high volume workouts the last few days. I feel like I can workout for hours. One positive side effect is that the high energy has not inferred with my sleep at all. I am a terrible sleeper, and I feel like I've actually been getting some quality sleep.

Sides;
Hot flashes- holy shit. My night sweats are bonkers. It's been cold where we live, and I froze my husband out when I asked him to open the window and it was 28 degrees outside.

Body temp- My body temperature has been warmer, which I don't mind since I am naturally a cold person and wear a lot of layers. So this has been a bonus for me.

Dull headaches- I've been experiences dull headaches, nothing too bothersome, I usually chug some water and that tends to help.

Positive mood- My mood has been AMAZING! Like I mentioned above, I've noticed that I just let things roll off my back, and I am just insanely happy.

Increase in urination- Let's just say, I am peeing like a race horse. But, i'm not holding water, so that's a bonus

Pumps- dammmmnnn.. My shoulder pump and chest pump were insane, but good. My shoulder pump was overwhelming at first, but I really enjoyed those feeeeeels!

I will continue to update as I move along in this cycle.
I appreciate the feedback from everyone and advice. I just want to say, I am not completing this cycle for a show or competition. This is a cycle for my own selfish purposes. I have a lean body and I felt that I am at a good point to TRY anavar. I plan to do another cycle at the end of May. Yes, my body fat may not be ideal for some followers, but I can do what I want, it's my body, my decisions. SUCK IT!
 
29% is lean to you? It's a legitimate question if she's saying she's lean yet wrote she's 29%bf. You know as well as I do 29% is not lean for a woman

Why are you fixated on my bf? I could be wrong on that %. If you aren’t going to be supportive or nice, then unfollow this thread. Easy as that.

I'm not being insulting. I'm just being straight forward. This board is here to help people as well as for the purpose of harm reduction. Sometimes people have been misguided on where their physique really stands.

Many people here have a vast amount of knowledge and a willingness to help others. Hence a few of us chiming in and suggesting focusing on diet and cardio, and not using AAS at the moment.

If someone is at 29% they're at 29%. That's fine and they're working to improve that which is great. However how many times have we seen individuals either posting pictures or even competing (I know this individual is not competing) and look completely out of place yet was under the impression from their coach or friends that their body was at a much different point?

Again, nothing is meant as an insult. Posting on a public board leaves an opening for those willing to help, to do just that. I simply asked if the "29%" post was a typo since she also stated she was lean.

I am being supportive which is why I originally suggested you post your exact diet for us to assist you with, as that is the foundation for your results and the most important component.

If you are uncomfortable with constructive criticism a public forum is not the best place to be posting your details.

If you were to post up your exact diet and training protocol then myself as well as others would be more than willing to be supportive and assist you with dialing in your plan to help you achieve the best results in the most efficient, timely, and healthy manner possible.
 
I in no way look like the girl on the left. So my body fat must be lower. I don’t have the proper equipment to measure it.

Yes but it's important to know what foods, when, in what quantities. The macros are not bad. But also I was saying that assuming your bf% was much higher than it turned out to be. So I do apologize there
 
Breakfast- Protein Shake (2 scoops) with water
AM Snack- 1oz cheese chunk or apple
Lunch- 4 oz chicken, steamed veggies, 1 cup low fat cottage cheese, 1 oz cheese (if not ate in AM snack)
Afternoon snack - fat free greek yogurt (8oz) with granola (1/4 cup) or 2 scoop protein shake with water
Post workout/Dinner - 6oz chicken, rice or quinoa, steamed veggies, cottage cheese( low fat)
if macros are left, my night snack is arranged around that.

Now that sounds like an opinion being asked to me. But yet it wasn't what she wanted to hear so she got defensive correct? 5' 11" 192lbs. shes right on point with her BMI possibly a point or 2 high at most. The calculator says 27%.

The point is she asked for input. Didn't like the suggestions. Because she had already made up her mind. You don't think we've seen this same song and dance a 1,000 times??? She read that anavar is a great fat burner especially for women I bet. When actually it's not a fat burner. What she should of done was took some great advice and actually buckle down on her diet and step up her cardio. Then if needed add a ECA stack. Get down to 18-20%. Then cycle the Var and she would of got exceptional results. Instead she'll finish this cycle and realize she's not where she wants to be and will cycle a minimum of 2 more unnecessary times. She could of achieved this in 6 months. But now If she follows proper cycle protacalls it will be over a year. But hey she didn't ask for suggestions we just gave them to her:rolleyes:. We all want magic pills don't we?

And of course you did pre cycle bloods and are going to do mid and post cycle bloods also? But I'm sure you knew that already didn't you? Because I'm sure you know to keep an Eye on your RBC,hematocrit,ldl,hdl,bp,ast,alt??

Oh and I'm sure you know about all the possible side affects also right???

Of course I'm sure you also read the thread on here recently where a members girl started losing her hair at a rapid rate with her forehead hair line while taking nothing but anavar???
