I’m feeling good. The increase in food has been nice and given a little more energy to put towards training. Sleep hasn’t been great unfortunately but that’s normal this close to show.
Great news, it means everything is going according to plan and at the same time a good mood.

1 day out tentative diet. Things could change as the day progresses as my coach monitors my weight and check in pics.
