Officially hit 280 morning weight. Things are going slow and steady now. Haven’t been this strong in the gym in as long as I can remember.

really impressive, how are you handling diet/training/AAS at this stage?
Hey Dany, I think I lay out my current training routine on the prior page. Diet wise, I have a training day diet and a non training day diet, macros are as follows:

Training: 360p/900c/80f
Non training: 360p/450c/85f

Gear wise, I'm using test + primo + NPP. HGH is also in the mix along with humalog pre workout. I'm also recently experimenting with Lantus at a low dose in the am on high carb days only - jury is still out on whether this is going to stay in my plan, need more time and anecdotal evidence on my end.

That looks alot more flavorful than what I'm eating, time for your big ass to get shredded!

What did you season the shredded chicken with? Looks good. Pressure cooker? Love Oikos yogurt too.

@MindlessWork im not 100% set on a show this year - not sure I made quite enough progress due to some life setbacks. If anything I just want to do a mock prep and get lean for the summer and a possible photo shoot.

@Deezznutzz I use a crockpot for both, cook on low for 8hrs. At the 7hr mark I’ll shred the chicken using a hand mixer and let it cook like that the last hour. For the buffalo one I use buffalo sauce and some powdered ranch seasoning. For the Mexican one I use a jar of salsa, some corn, green chilis, 1 onion diced and 1 Tbsp of taco seasoning per breast.
