I'm on 120mg/d.

I started at 10, then 20,40,60,80,120.

About 2 weeks at each level, spilt into 2 doses 12 hours apart. Dry lips are about he only sides. A little back pain when. increasing dose that resolves in 2-3 days.

Loving the changes to my skin and shrinking of pores. Always had oily skin, hair had to be washed once or twice a day. Now skin is totally "normal", I can easily slip a day of hair washing.

Did 40 mg/d for a while then switched to 20 mg/d. No dry skin at those doses. Barely even got chapped lips.

I think the nasty sides are pubescent kids with cystic acne doing 80 mg/d.
Not everyone gets sides, but they do occur on a small percentage of the population and when they do occur, they are bad.

I was only doing 10 mg/d, but after about a week, I started getting severe liver/stomach pains. Like I was stabbed. The pain went away after stopping.

Just to be sure, I started it again to see if it was actually the isotretinoin, and not something else. Sure enough, a few days after starting, the pain returned, so I stopped.

Although small, there is a risk that people need to weigh against the reward.

The simplest way to asses that is to slowly titrate, as I described above, if sides are intolerable, drop, if not bad, increase. They tend to worsen when initiating a new dose, then diminish Splitting the dose makes a big difference.

They're not terrible for most, and the payoff can be a permanent end to acne, if you reach a sufficient cumulative dose over 4-9 months.

I found an alternative, which was benzoyl peroxide + Adapalene (differin). This worked for me, while isotretinoin was terrible so I am biased.

I find the endless battle using topicals to be intolerable, only to see it return. I'll be happy to see the end of it for good. Though I don't have the horrific cystic acne of soen teens and young adults, I've been battling back, shoulder, chest acne for decades, and gear only poured fuel on the fire.

Alas trunk acne is the most difficult to get permanent relief from, so success is most often found at the highest cumulative dose ranges. Based on my research 150mg/kg is the dose that'll give the most reasonable certainty of a durable cure. I want to get it over with quickly, hence my reason for trying ever higher daily doses. I read of several dermatologists that do the same with their patients, going up to 200mg+ a day, provided their patients can. tolerate it.

Isotretinoin makes a lot more sense for body acne. The dose seems high but as long as you’ve done the research. Good luck, Healthy looking skin = attractive skin.

Also underground gear always gives me some sort of side effect, some small some large. Arm and shoulder acne was one of the lesser side I got from alpha pharma. I think it is due to impurities in the UGL manufacturing process causing the body to react.

The only non-problematic Test I have tried so far was pharma grade Testoviron by Bayer. I had planned on using a few other Indian pharmacy test but my package is stuck in transit.

One of the things I've discovered over the years, is the most triggering event for acne is hormone level variation. Oil produced by the sebaceous glands is transported out of pores by specialized cells that contain the oil, These cells are pushed out when new cells are formed, called "turnover", and break open when reaching the surface, coating the skin with oil.

When T levels rise, oil is produced more quickly, but cell turnover takes time to increase, so excess oil creates a clog, the cells break open inside the pore, and become infected creating acne.

When T levels drop, cell turnover slows immediately, but oil production doesn't, a clog happens and acne develops.

So I'm very diligent about getting injections on a schedule, and take extra steps to cleanse and exfoliate when changing how much gear I'm using.

There are many different reasons, one anecdotally from me is milk. In school, I would drink a small carton milk everyday and when I got home, my mom also made me drink a glass of milk.

When I left home, I stopped drinking milk altogether, and around the same time stopped getting the really wet and pus filled pimples. There was a dramatic change.

It could be just a coincidence, but I think it’s the stupid milk that has all sorts of hormones in them. We don’t need milk, needing milk = US agriculture propaganda! We evolved from hunter gatherers to agriculture very recently, milk isn’t a necessity.

When I first saw a specialist to get on TRT, he gave me the obligatory list of things to increase T naturally. Number one in his list was eliminating dairy altogether (and soy).

So what you've noticed with milk may be caused by its impact on testosterone and estrogen levels. Women are often put on birth control pills to address acne, because it has a stabilizing effect on their hormone levels.

Blaming acne on dairy goes in and out of style every few years, especially in Paleo circles (they try to find any reason to convince people to join their tribe which includes avoiding dairy).

In your case, like you said, maybe coincidence. Seems about the time you finished puberty.

As promised earlier in the thread I was going to leave a review.

Made a decent sized order and from the date of ordering - touchdown it was approximately 10 days. (USA) everything was in one package. Simple process from start to finish and everything is here as described. Labs will be posted in the future, but I am very impressed as of now and with the jano tests already available, I would recommend these guys to a friend. Thank you.

For reference, any controlled meds? Any sign of customs inspection?

Has anyone successfully ordered to the EU (Netherlands specifically)? What should I do in the case customs contact me about my package?

I’m using American remedies test cyp as we speak, 0.2ml (50mg)Monday morning and 0.2ml (50mg) Thursday evening both sub q and bloods showed my testosterone at 904 ng/dl (31.36n/MOL) 36 hours after injection so have lowered to 0.16ml (40mg) twice a week (80mg) oil is thin but not as thin as Retesto by Leeford healthcare but nothing that can’t be made thinner by warming it up by placing the syringe over a hot coffee ☕

I put 5 ampules into this 5ml sterile vial which makes it much easier lasts me 2 months at my dosage.
Do you or @mouse have the label still for the AR test cyp? Assuming they’re an indian pharma just using the name American for marketing purposes. Im genuinely curious about this product.
