Perrin Aybara's Journey to an Elite Powerlifting Total

Also saw a buddy at the gym that runs gear. He told me he was running tren ace and tren enan because "fuck it." I asked him if he knew the difference between different esters and he said he had no clue.

Mind boggling to just run random gear you have no clue about. This is the typical gym bro in my experience though.

I had a friend at the gym who I knew was using gear finally open up to me about it. I wanted to smack him upside the head when he told me is um cycle.....

Tren ace 1ml once a week
Nothing else folks, that's it. I looked at him and said no wonder why you are such a moody bitch half the time I see you.

The shit you hear from the typical gym bro...

My little brother ran a cycle before I ever did and he was telling me how his guy told him no AI on cycle and only for PCT.

Fuck I'm getting close to being back at 220. I'm at 215. Good to hear.

Weight is good, just sucks strength is still so low.

Good luck today Perrin.

The test was rescheduled for the 31st. I'm back in school until then.

I've been thinking of switching back to Sheiko for awhile. Something I'm doing just isn't working at all. Been on this cycle two months and I'm still weaker than when I was cruising a few months ago. Been eating plenty, weight is slightly up, been getting plenty of sleep and I thought quitting the construction job and going to school would help, but it hasn't.

I'm thinking it's either that I need to do something different for awhile training wise or that I've been slightly sick since last month. I started getting a sore throat around July 4th and it lasted a few weeks, then kind of went away for a week or two, but now it's been back over a week. Left side of my throat is swollen and tender to touch. Hurts to swallow, but appetite seems unaffected. Besides that only thing I've noticed is I'm way more tired than usual and I feel slightly unwell all the time. If I sit or lie down very long during the day I fall asleep, which I normally rarely do. For me being sick usually doesn't affect strength much, but I've never been sick this long since I started lifting either. I think I'll skip the gym and go to the walk in clinic today to get it over with as much as I hate spending the money on it.

I'll continue my current programming awhile and see if not being sick helps out any. If not I'll run Sheiko awhile.

Took four hours to see a PA earlier and another hour to get it filled. Sucked because all I'd had was breakfast. Got some antibiotics and prednisone. Also they sent off a throat culture and i have to follow up in a week or so. Guess I'm going to make up today's gym session tomorrow morning if I'm feeling better. I was negative for strep and mono, so they don't know what it is. BP was a little high at 146/83, but not bad for being on a gram of test and 100mg of drol every day. And being at the doctor starving and feeling like shit.

The new girlfriend and I stocked up on food for the weekend. Gonna be crazy around here with the eclipse and moonstock. I just put down an entire frozen pizza. Got stuffed shells tomorrow and nachos on Sunday.

I it could be strep. Hopefully the meds will kick that shit out of ya. You seem to be a pretty high energy fella, maybe you need some more volume.

I was negative for strep and mono. I think it's my tonsils because I used to get this a lot when I was younger. I never had insurance until recently though, so getting treatment was never an option. It's still not really since I've been off work two months and my out of pocket is more than I can afford. Antibiotics always make it go away until next time at least.

Good eating bud. I have been eating really good. My bathroom scale has been lying to me. I went to deadlift today with my deadlift belt. And it was much more snug than usual. I leave a little wiggle room. Not to tight and not to loose. I go weight myself and I am at 218. My scale at the house has been saying anywhere from 209-213. LOL

220lbs exactly at the doctor today in clothes. I'm staying surprisingly lean for what and how much I'm eating.

Same here but I don't want to get past 220 now. I need to stay around 216-218 for my meet. I am going to early weigh ins the day before.

I'm gonna get up to whatever I can on this blast since I'm cruising for awhile after. I'd like to see mid 220's. Next blast get up to 230-235lbs and cut down to 220lbs to compete.

@Johnny442 I was thinking the same thing about volume. I want to try higher volume, but lower RPE and see how that goes.

I love those carby bastards.

Me, too. One of my faves. Stuffed shells or manicotti. The Cadillac of pasta dishes.

New girlfriend huh? Might be having little more energy expenditure than before!

I'm going to be doing the same thing higher volume lower intensity and more frequency. Squat 3x week bench 4x times a week with one day being dedicated to OHP deadlift 3x week. Off course all days will be different variations.

Right I'm loving snatch grip deads, deficit deads comp dead. I'll pull conventional weeks 1-2 pull sumo week 3 every wave. Can't forget RDL's

Bench will be comp bench 3 count pause bench and sling shot/or reverse band. I think I'll stick with the slingshot or alternate the the two in waves. And that one day dedicated to OHP will also be one of my back days.

Squat will be comp squat, 3 count pause squats, banded squats bottom up. Anderson squats. I'll be doing more GHR work, barbell step ups as an accessory. Its still a work in progress. Trying to the accessories I'll be using.

Original plan is to train Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.
