Forgot to mention I've went back to a cruise dose this week. Once I get back to working and take care of a few things I'll reevaluate. Just can't eat right or get to the gym when I want to right now and it's not making for a productive blast at all.

The home thing is on hold because my financial aid didn't come through and I had to put the remaining balance on my credit card. It'll have to wait until I'm working again. I'm already looking and have one company that's supposed to get back to me early next week.

The final straw on ending the blast was my gym keycard stopped working this week. Hadn't paid it in over a year and it was working up until now. So I'm just going to do the best i can with what I've got until I get back to work and have enough money to do it right.

With the new stuff or the old stuff?

Not sure I'm keeping farmer's walks. There's really no space to use the trap bar except for tiny walks and the dumbbells aren't heavy enough for what I'm looking for. I prefer 400+ total pounds.
With the old stuff of no cardio besides sex, if you want to be more conditioned then just slide er into homebase a couple more times a day and boom endurance raised from horizontal cardio
 
I'm back after a crazy week. Some of you I talk to outside of here already know. For those that don't I got over eager to get back to work and took the first job that got offered. Turned out to be shady and I was in a dangerous truck. Low beams didn't work, air didn't work half the time and about every check light you could imagine was on. I toughed it out four days on the road and what finally did it for me was the debit card for fuel kept getting denied. I pulled into Pilot Thursday morning with one gallon in the tank and it took over 4 1/2 hours to get money on the card. I just fueled up and took the truck back. So I'm back on the job hunt.

Been out of the gym all week eating like total shit.

Beltless high bar squat 330lbs for 4x8
Close grip bench 245lbs for 4x8


Went for a little mini vacation over the weekend with the new girlfriend. Met up with the guys at that meet and had Thai food after for the first time ever. Got some motivation to get back on track after months of shitty lifting and diet.

I'm already at 2+ times a day and honestly the lack of endurance is affecting that, too. I've also got highly elevated RBC right now that I'm thinking might be a factor in this. Been draining some blood off here and there to get it back in range. I'm hoping that helps.
