Yep I have had scares like that till I realized I forgot when I ate last before the blood draw. I found that stopping all food intake (except for water) after 8PM then going for the blood draw at 8AM the next morning works and glucose levels are where they should be.Been reading more on the glucose and I think I'm seeing why it may be high. In the past before they closed the Quest Diagnostics near me I always went before work. Fasted if doing cholesterol or about an hour after breakfast. Monday I had breakfast, lunch, and two shakes in me, one shake on the way there after work and it had a banana in it. So possibly just higher from having been eating all day and immediately before the blood was drawn. Still gonna follow up, but less worried now.
Yiu still at it big guy ..

Oh that sucks having to do thatOf course, never slowed down a bit. Came really close to a 700lb pull at a meet a few months ago. Looking to try again this spring either at a meet or just in the gym.
How's things your way?
Yeah, I used to go before work and then they closed the local blood draw place recently and this time I went after work. Didn't even think about the fact I'd been eating all day at first. I'd have to have the day off to go in the morning now with this other blood draw place being further away.
Blood work is looking solid my dude. I was coming to ask if you had eaten before your bloodwork, but I see you already figured that out. Your glucose is definitly a tad high because of food.
Let me know how you like those Mauves. Contemplating finally pulling the trigger on gh(after like 2 years lol) And looking at those specifically
No pain in the hammy today? That's a good sign.Squats 230lbs for 12x2
Sumo block pulls 315lbs for 3x3
Chest supported row 3x10
Still taking it easy on this hamstring, but no pain on anything today.
Damn...could well be time to go get that checked out before it causes you even more serious issues down the road. Maybe deep tissue massage in the cards? Was testing the waters on some light deadlift today, got 3x5 with 495lbs and on the second rep of the fourth set felt the same kind of pop in my hamstring except worse this time. Looks like I might have to take the rest of this month off lower body. Gonna drop the var for now as well.

In your case that's fair enough...injury would be very bad indeed.I guess I'm gonna see how it feels in a few days. I don't have a doctor, so I'd rather not have to go through all that. Maybe go for a chiropractor visit. On second thought I might keep running the var for whatever healing benefits it has and just focus on bench for the next month.
Damn it. Were you just running the var with cruise dose test?
