Perrin Aybara's Journey to an Elite Powerlifting Total

Every time you bring up HGH it makes me want to try it. The blood sugar stuff kinda irks me. Do you have problems with hgh and low blood sugar past a certain dose?

I've run it up to 6iu and never had any apparent problems. I don't have a glucose meter though. Keep meaning to get one and just haven't yet.

How long did you run it for, and how long do you plan on taking off? Are you doing a 6 on/ 6 off type schedule?

Since around February after I had the hamstring injury. Was just planning on a few weeks or a month off. Have been doing seven days a week.

Woke up 211lbs today. Took a post blast pint of blood earlier. Second night of low carb dinner tonight.

Mashed cauliflower with cheese and sour cream, beef tenderloin filet with feta cheese, and a can of green beans. Doesn't look so good all mixed up on a plate, but it was excellent.

Probably just gonna walk again at the gym tomorrow. Might front squat, I don't know. I'll see how it feels.

Looks better than what I had—my dog ate my damn chicken breast when I left it cooling on the counter. Didn’t have time to make more before work. SOB :D

Tell me about it, feeling useless and fat not being in the gym right now

Definitely just feels wrong. Besides two weeks in December 2017 when I had a really bad stomach virus I haven't missed more than a few days in a row since I started working out in 2011. Like I was saying a lot of people take a week off after meets and I just can't do it. Gotta do something at least.

I hear that, I can survive a couple days sick but this has been a week and I want back in the gym lol....have the time tomorrow and think I am going to go presses adjust do something

How sick are you? shitting and puking sick?
Better now, had fever, chills bad chest congestion... wasn't just sick this week though, had apts for firefighting, and work ate up a bunch of time. Just a bad week to get at it. I dont miss the gym often which is apparent in my other log...

only so much you can do. It would be nice if lift shit didn’t always hit at the same time but for some reason it does
