Looks like a high quality post workout meal. Ghost pepper is no joke. I got some of the sauce from a friend a long time ago and made wings with it. That was a mistake
x2...had gotten some chicken wings from this place and they called it Nuclear wings. They were made in ghost pepper sauce..yikes had to practically slam water down to put out the heat :eek:

Fat loss update. 209lbs as of this morning. Noticing a little fat loss so far. I'd like to stay over 200lbs on this cut and achieve my desired level of leanness. Really just trying to lose the last little fat around my lower abs, not trying to get shredded. And keep near a 500lbs squat, 400lbs bench, and 700lbs deadlift or as close as possible at a reduced bodyweight. Then get it back and more next blast.
 
You should get up on stage instead if you get any leaner (just teasing). All that hard work sure is making you melt away lol jk.
 
Only the platform for me. Getting lean enough for bodybuilding would make my lifts go down so much I'd be depressed. Just wanna look halfway decent and lift heavy weights.
Don't blame you and I realize that you can only eat so much without difficulty especially if you weren't a big eater in the first place. You have a physically demanding job that drains you, right?

Yes, I drive a truck for a moving company. When I'm on the road it's mostly driving, but doing local moves I'm moving heavy furniture all day. I consider it GPP. I'm using work as fasted cardio on non gym days.
 
SSB good mornings 115lbs for 3x8

Slingshot bench 275x10, 315x8, 315x8

Bench 210x20

Belt squats 6 35's for 5x20
Tried holding a light bar like a deadlift while doing these to better mimic deadlift

Quadruped rows 60lbs for 3x10

15 minutes incline treadmill
 
Bench not feeling good. Think I've been hitting the AMRAPs too hard for too long. Still taking it easy on the lower back. Might go back to normal Tuesday and might do another light week, not sure yet.

It’s crazy what getting on stage really takes. I have a friend that does men’s physique. Dude had to loose about 20 lbs to get in contest shape and I think his stage weight was about 195. I’m sure Perrin would end up in the 180’s for contest shape and not be recognized. Lol

Lol that would make Perrin look small if he had to drop that much weight.

Now if he did a small local show for the hell of it that would be something!

I think I'd have the willpower, but not the desire. Lifting heavy is way more important to me. As long as I don't look too bad with a shirt off I'm okay with it.
