Sucks to get those kind of tweaks and hope you heal up fast. That shock feeling in the back does sound unsettling though. Maybe an irritation of a nerve?
I don't really know enough about injuries and anatomy. Seems like it's not too bad, at least not yet, since it doesn't affect lifting. I'm guessing a minor tweak, maybe that beltless 600lb pull from three weeks ago because it was right after that I noticed it. That or the increased lower back work I've added in after the meet. It's off season and I'm mostly still screwing around anyway, so not too worried about taking time.
