I myself getting a new phone next week as mine is due for replacement. Bought this program that does a backup of the old phone and transfers everything to the new as insurance in case something goes wrong with the transfer to the new iPhone.

That's a good phone and very capable. I myself getting the iPhone XR to replace my iPhone 8 as the lease is up.

I still have an old Samsung Galaxy J3 I use as a music player as my music collection is on a memory card.
 
Yeah, my Note 8 is all paid off, too. The battery life sucks after two years and they don't seem to operate as well after that long. Never owned an Apple product before.
I owned Androids of all types till last year when I thought I'd try an Apple product as got a good deal thru my niece's plan and so far liked the iPhone 8. Now I got a better deal as I am 55+ and have an AARP card thus getting the upgrade to the XR. Planning to migrate my workout music collection to it so I can carry one device to the gym.
 
My grandmother who raised me passed and lots of other family related issues. Been on straight trt for over a year. Trying to get back into the groove now.
Ohh sorry for your loss and also good to getting all those issues behind you. So now time to grow again!

Really? My screen protector broke and fell off like a year and a half ago and mine is still all good. I've got the Otterbox, too.

Things are going well. Got a hamstring injury back in January and took the opportunity to get pretty lean while I was out of commission. Weighing around 198-200lbs currently. Deadlift still strong, pulled 600x7 awhile back and 640x1 a couple weeks ago. Bought a 2019 Silverado last month, too. Besides all that just the usual work, gym, and hanging with my girlfriend.

I've been talking care of my grandma for the last 2yrs. Taking her to doctor appointments, getting her groceries, cutting her grass, etc. She's about to turn 89. Still pretty sharp. She has a pacemaker...those things are amazing!

Some recent training footage from this week and a bulking progress pic. First vid is the 635x3 pull from Saturday and the second one is the 675x4 block pull from Tuesday. Had to mute the sound on the first because someone yelled my name. Picture is from this morning and woke up at 205lbs today. I think a lot of the sudden weight gain was just from going back to a more normal carb intake. Haven't increased calories too much yet as this is only week three of the blast.

Can't remember if I mentioned it and don't feel like looking, but I dropped the dbol the beginning of last week. It was making me feel like shit. So new game plan is no oral kickstart and instead of finishing with dbol I'm gonna finish with six weeks of Anavar. Also gonna try throwing in 10mg a day of superdrol the last three weeks. I had good results running low dose injectable superdrol with var a couple years ago, so want to try that again. I like var and drol, but the drol just makes me too tired.

On week three of 750mg test cyp and 500mg deca currently. Still running 2iu/day HGH and 25mg/day MK 677.
 
Also been playing around with a slightly more narrow hand placement on deadlift. For a couple reasons in theory anyway. Slightly more bar bend and less drag on the thighs at lockout. Feels more natural honestly, but whether it's better or not can't say yet.
 
Great conditioning man. What’s the goal for the bulk?

The main goal is a 700+ pound pull in competition in October. Secondary would be an 1100lb push/pull total. Last meet I benched 402lbs, so that's not unrealistic, but took a lot time off heavy pressing after due to getting injured during that bench. I'm not too worried about trying to make weight for 198lbs, I will if it's feasible without hurting my numbers. There's 24 hour weigh ins, so that I'll decide closer to meet day. Otherwise I'm fine with doing 220lb weight class. Also not trying to get too fat on this bulk, lol.
