Here is my next run with my cycle log.
I will be running a Sust/Npp cycle for a 16 week period. The gear that I'm running is from POTG and the batch date is from August 2016.
Week 1-16 I will run 900mg Sust/600mg Npp.
My pins will be Monday, Wednesday, and Friday split evenly.
I will be taking extremeistane at 12mg on pin days starting week 2 also provided by POTG.
I will be taking 25mg of Cialis daily for pumps and blood pressure while on cycle also provided by POTG.
My diet will be at 4250 calories with a 40,40,20 split and will be adjusted as necessary.
I am 36 years old my weight is 250 at around 16% body fat.
I will lift 5 days per week concentrating on one body area per day, and do cardio 3x weekly.
I am currently on POTG trt blend and my pre cycle bloods will reflect this.
I will take my next bloods at the 6-7 week mark.

So if there is anything I didn't address hit me up and any help I get running this cycle is greatly appreciated.
