I've been taking a bronkaide and a 200mg caffeine pill on days I feel like I need a pre-workout. I'd like to try some of these new ones out there but I can't get over the cost is their anything out there that's better than ephedrine, caffeine for energy? I want that run through the woods mauling campers and eating animal carcasses kinda feeling....but for under $40.

I only use pre workout on the weekends but i seem to always have a tolerance. Just recently got some super pump 250 and i didn't even finish the whole drink. Good shit, but i do crash after a few hours.

That's the way I feel about it maybe once a week or when I'm not feeling 100%. Wonder if I should just buy TNE for this days?

TNE is great but if you're looking for a "pick me up" id still include some pre workout.
Best pre workout experience for me was tren no ester and my eca stack about 45 min before the gym. I tried doing it again a few weeks later and it wasn't the same but definitely a good combination

I've yet to incorporate tren into a cycle yet. Might need to do it before tying it no ester.lol

Try adding some bulk Dmaa to the ephedrine/caffeine. I like a lower dose combo of the 3. Like 200 mg of caffeine,35-50 mg of Dmaa and half of a bronkaid.

I've been looking into that. Seems like the best solution to a cheap effective pre-workout.

If it's just for the energy boost and nothing pump related, you won't find anything better. First couple of times it actually gives you a little buzz lol.

Ok so I just ordered enough caffeine for 1250 scoops of pre.
Also bought enough creatine and beta-alanine to last basically a lifetime.
I got 2.2 kilos of creatine lol!
And I think I spent like under 80 bucks.
I'm pretty stoked.
