preworkouts

i tried a sample of esp from a friend .it comes w a small scoop and a large one . of course it would only b rt to go big!wired all nt! workout was nice .focused sweating like a pig but 3am came and i was wide awake .i crashed at work at 8 .lol
 
Oh man I don't need anything that's gonna keep me tweaked like that, I like it to be wore off by the time.im.done lol

DONT waste your money on the BPI vortex it is the most god awful shit I've ever tasted. It's strange instead of the powder actually diluting in liquid the shit clumps together in little balls like fucking ants in water. Not sure what they were thinking releasing that shit. I've stuck with the C4 since it's cheap and available at Walmart.

Is The Walmart C4 decent? I noticed it's different than what I see online.

I guess in will definitely steer clear of the bpi hahah

How was it other than taste? Because honestly I haven't found a PWO yet that I really enjoy the taste

It was mediocre. Gatorade or MIO is what I flavor my pwo blends with - flavor is better than any other pwo that's for sure. Never tasted one I really enjoyed. bcaas by modern is damn tasty though... Not really a pwo though.

Yeah that mio is almost too good...I remember back in my partying days I snuck 2 water bottles filled with rum into a club as I was too young too buy my own drinks, anyways a put a couple squeezes of that black cherry mio in them and well....I forgot that I was drinking straight rum and not rum with a mixer and got fucked up beyond all belief....lol I sure am glad those days are behind me.

nah the vortex is pretty decent. especially for its price. I have the watermelon.
 
If you want something strong and jittery, I would say a mix of Dr Hyde and dr jekyll, but preferably start at a low dose of half scoop each. Other than that, GAT has a pretty good preworkout, and currently i'm using kai greene's preworkout savage roar/gamma ray. Pump is great.

Yeah I ended up going with the mr.hyde, found it on amazon for the cheap, just that alone is pretty good. Good focus and energy but doesn't make me all jittery and shit.
 
I take one caffeine pill 10 minutes before the gym. I hate being wired walking into the gym. I rather have it hit me 20 min into my lifting. I feel it works better that way by giving me energy after I did 6-8 sets. It also makes me want to stay longer by about 20 minutes.
Don't take 2 of them=heart attack.

I can attest to that! I took 2x200mg caffeine pill 5 minutes apart..Don't asked me why I did it..LOL!! That shit kicked in around 20-30minutes later and while doing squat.. boy, did I shake like motherfker!
