I'm sorry to break it to you but not everyone in the world is a scammer and looking for a quick buck. Some labs have business men running them that have integrity and care about the product and the customers 100% satisfaction. Also some people are just truly genuine nice guys that don't feed off hate and crazy nonsense. There are some very strange people here that are the most vocal.
