Thats the plan. A nice thick layer of gauze and perhaps a duct tape wrap over the top to keep it from ripping/moving aroundId wrap it in gauze before lifting and change afterwards don't want a nasty ass infection from the weights.

Well big news guys, just signed up for my first meet today, it's in about 2 months so i have not a whole lot of prep time but i needed to sign up for one. I think one of the things lately that has been keeping me down is i haven't had a real goal which makes it too easy to not eat right, not get enough sleep, miss workouts etc so i really needed something to focus on to keep me pn track so i found an amateur meet in a couple months to keep me on track.
Pretty excited and nervous as shit but more excited haha
