Is it normal for test e powder to fail to solidify again after passing a melting point test? It maintained the consistency of molasses after being melted, even after being placed in the freezer overnight.

Prior to melting, the powder felt sticky and melted when rubbed between one’s fingers.

You can solubolize it in ethol alcohol, then add water, let evaporate to crystallize it again. warmer the water, smaller the crystals.
As it cools you will see the crystals.
