All of The other reps customers were scared something happened to him. I kept it brief and that wasn’t enough but I left it alone.

He left around the time of the prior incident.

You have any idea how many guys asked me about him? What was I suppose to say? I don’t know? And let them think he got busted.

The specific instance you just brought up was a no win. What was unacceptable was airing his dirty laundry. I get it though - he called you out and testosterone is riding high and no one likes being punked.

I took care of every single one of his customers. NOT PPL customers His. I was able to convince Panda to pay for everyone’s packs whoever made a purchase with him.

I didn’t exactly walk into the best of terms here or any other place.

I dealt with everything the best I can. I didn’t deserve him coming at me like that. If he has issues it’s between him and panda. Not me.

I think you misunderstood me man. That wasn't a dig at you personally. The information should have been given to the board by panda himself; rather than pushing the task on you.

As far as the other stuff about being the formerly banned guy; IDK about any of it. It may have been all before my time.

The issues is that shit keeps getting jacked up in this thread; and every incident has a common denominator: the lack of personal commitment to customers by the owner.

I don't know you or know if you are a good rep because I am too scared shitless to use PPL right now in order to find out.

I’ll say it again.

I have spoken to Panda and we’re willing to honor any agreements made with members here on their purchases. If you want PGP emailing, Wickr, any sort of incryption for your purchases that’s fine. Panda will handle your orders on a personal level and I will be there to make sure you get your tracking and packs.

We realize a lot of guys want us to handle there purchases on a personal level. That’s fine. You don’t have to use the website. I fully understand your concerns.

Hopefully we can transition to an email based processing of your orders and it can be handled a lot faster.

You’re right - you apologized and even toned down your response to @Robfromga. I still don’t get what you mean by “his customers” vs Panda’s customers.

But I think I get it now - commissions for each rep at each board you’re on.

Admitting wrong and apologizing for events all stemming from a position you should have not been put in is humble. But probably not justified to be your burden to be in the predicament to begin with.

But I think most of us want to hear that apology from @purplepandalabs . He let his own thread become succeptible to the immaturity and speculation that has been displayed here.

Did you start this thread, did another rep, or a one of the members posting here?? NO, Swole Panda started this thread and has spent less time in it than anyone.
Not the way I would run a business that padded my pocket as well as this one has padded his.
