As you know with the new EU tax law now he needs more papers. I asked Melody and she said that we(customers) need to fake invoices and that's stupid and dangerous to say at least. Panda don't provide anything neither prepay the tax in China.
Now this guy has his package stuck for 2 weeks and probably will be send back soon as he is unable to provide a proof of payment and his money will be gone.
Hopefully anyone will do something for that guy and for others that will order from EU because to fake invoices on your own is something stupid to do

Honestly buying illegal drugs on the internet is also dangerous to say the least even without this laws, with that being said im going to look at what can be done.

My only concern is that even the legal companies that ship stuff from China to Europe haven’t decided what to do yet, i usually buy quite a lot of things from China (not illegal or steroid related, im the kind of guy that can buy a 100 pens box from Alibaba or Taobao because i like that the pens have a little penguin), my 3 go to shippers have a message on the website that they have not decided yet on how to deal with the new VAT laws, my idea is to basically see how they arrange everything and see a way in which Pandas shipper can implement it.

From the Aussie clients that made their orders trough me I didn’t have a single custom seizure (or at least the customer didn’t let me know), with that being said Aussie customs are harder and harder to get our stuff in, we are sending our package with the best stealth possible (remember that stealth depends on the country customs) and we divide every order into several small packages, thats our way of trying to defeat Aussie customs.

I think purple panda just scammed me! I placed an order yesterday paid full in bitcoin and now I went to check today and the order is gone! It does not show up anywhere on my account. Just sent an email but highly doubt I will get one back as I sent an email with a question yesterday and still no response.

Will Panda ever perform routine testing of their raws again?

Panda once posted pics of his in-house HPLC. Will PPL start using it again anytime soon? This is especially important now that certain DHT-based raws are likely being acquired by new/different sources/means. We've heard reports of the latest var batch looking different than what var typically looks like, etc.

It would be reassuring to see testing start up again. Nothing like 3rd party independent testing, of course, but something...

So basically you can't provide fake invoices like you claim in the first place.(so why did you say that)
That guy from Spain will lose his money because is nothing that can be done.
And anyone that want to order and is from EU will be in the place of the guy in Spain unable to show anything when the times come.
Meaning that if you are from EU don't order as you can't pick up your package and you lose the money.
Now should be clear how is the situation if you are from Europe. Look for other places where to buy where the tax is prepaid in China
Or do a gamble and maybe it will arrive without needing a invoice

Make fake invoices matching the declared price on the package! Super easyyy!

So that when we get asked for proof we can show that bullshit and they will release the package from EU customs.

Sorry forgot to answer, i work the whole day and post stuff in the middle of the night before sleeping.

Form my knowledge he still does some testing in certain batches, what i usually send to people (like a guy who messaged me about it) are all the private lab tests that customers send to me, I don’t post them because those usually contain a name from the customer, some of them gave me permission to send them via email to the customers asking for those, so you are always welcome to ask me for those.

Most of the touchdowns are ranging from 3-4 weeks, if there has been a delay is the couriers fault, what i can do tho is to offer some discount as a compensation in the future if you send me your order #.

That’s what i was thinking about, also a good forum member gave me a nice loophole to ship stuff to the UK (need to look it better but currently i think that would work 100%).

Related to Europe, if you guy’s think it’s enough with a fake invoice (from what i looked at i ended up a bit confused) i can push that idea, my other idea was also to suggest finding a shipper or shipping company that handles the OOS, the problem tho is that to be able to do that (to pay the VAT beforehand with the OOS) is that the company needs to do a legal registration in each country where they are shipping, and even the legal companies are still managing about how to fulfill this process, or at least that’s what I understood, either way i will send this to the guy that manages shipping to look into it, for now im glad that i apparently found a way of dealing with UK sending the stuff as a personal declared gift under 39£ but i still need to look at it.
