Rodgerthat trying to pick heavy things up.

WeightedChinup is coming with me to RodgerThat's house. He has been generous enough to take us both in.

YOU CHEATER!!!

Sorry guys, the tyrannical Canadian government won't allow Americans with colorful pasts into the country, so I won't be able to make it to the party.

Most asinine thing ever. i feel your pain.
mexico isnt off limits tho. they also have pharmacies galore down there.

Alright hit my first semi heavy day working into it from my Deload. My joints felt awesome and all the weight moved easier then ever. Weight is 181 been dancing around 180 for a while now it's a struggle some days I can't calculate my food and have to eat more so I'm functional for work. I'll get to 175 soonish though I'm fairly lean right now about 10%.

High bar squats 275 5x5 last set did AMRAP of 13 I had more in me but was saving energy for bench. Did high bar to protect the tattoo from getting destroyed during healing stage I'll be back on low bar in a couple weeks.

Bench press 225 5x5 AMRAP last set with 10 not heavy for me but I'm gonna progress from that.

Bent over row 185 4x8 easy

Weighted dips 70 pounds 3x8 was a struggle

Shrugs 315 4x10 my usual to keep my traps a good size

Weighted planks and side planks @Perrin Aybara did 45 pounds for plank and 25 pounds as a dumbbell for my side plank held 3 minutes 1 minute 1 minute repeat.

Stretched real good and can now do the splits in all 3 directions felt awesome to finally get it after about 8 months of working on hurtle splits. It looks funny doing them in a crowded gym for sure though.

Going for bloods tomorrow hopefully all is good I think it is I've got good labido minus the fact I don't have anywhere to direct it and get morning wood.

Diet is currently P200g C220g F70g I hate cutting without keto but I think keto was a playing factor in my joint pain.

Hit high bar squats again today
285 5x5 VERY EASY :D
OHP 115 5x5 also easy which I'm very happy about
Deadlift 135x5 225x5 315x5 405x5 225x10 all easy and focused on speed
Shrugs 315 3x10
Weighted pull ups BW+25 3x8
Bicep curl 95 straight bar 4x12
Forearm workout
One arm static bar holds 30 sec 135lb
Gripper machine 135lb super set with hammer curls 40s 4x10
Finished it all off with back extensions 4x20 BW
Then a big ol stretch.

I would like to mention the voodoo floss is an absolutely incredible thing I do it on my elbows while I squatted so I was ready for OHP and during OHP I did it on my knees to make them feel better after squating so thank you @theprodgicalson and @Docd187123 it is a huge help! Plus there was this banging girl at the end of my workout just as I was about to leave complaining of calve pain and one of the personal trainers there said get voodoo floss to her and I over heard this so I said she could use mine and I wrapped her calf on up and helped her stretch it all out. So basically I think voodoo floss may get me me some tail in the future :p.

Got blood test results back total test would equal to 720 and e2 to 34 but I didn't get LH or fsh so I'm not really happy with the test cause my original bloods was 680 two years ago so I don't know if I recovered really well or is there still some nolva and clomid helping me out there 3.5 weeks post pct.

why only 220g of carbs? sounds miserable.

why not try a low fat high carb diet for cutting. ive had success with them in the past.

200p 300c 35f?

It is miserable lol. I'm a big fan of fats I feel like crap when they are low and my body squeeks but it seems to squeek whenever I do anything so maybe I'll look into the low fat and trying for a week see how I feel.

Today's workout was
high bar squat 295 5x5
Pause bench 230 5x5
Bent over row 185 4x10
Dips bw 3x10
Shrugs 315 4x10
Stretch.

Nothing special hit all the reps felt normal eating a bit of a calorie surplus today and tomorrow so I can hit my heavy deadlift session tomorrow with max energy then back to the ol 900 calorie deficit Sunday through Thursday.

Current weight 180lb BF around 10-11% I've lost a little bit of LBM during this cut which is good for my ultimate goal and only need that last stubborn 5 pounds off then I'm golden to eat maintenance again and hopefully that can help my lifts... Plus I'll be on cycle by then :D so maybe that'll help too!

Thank you jay I needed that I've been feeling soft lately with this Deload and then lowering my weights to ramp back up. I'm gonna do a mock meet on feb 20th and use those numbers to plug into a 4 week peaking sheiko program for my meet in the end of March so hopefully I can successfully pick some heavy things up then too

Its a funny thing, i know @Perrin Aybara has talked about to, but we gotta be patient. For a bunch of people who want to lift heavy and set PRs its hard to do the deloads, or low % days. But its all setting up for later. Gotta see the forest thru the trees! (Ive had to tell myself that a few times recently)

It's not exciting a lot of the time, doing set after set at like 70-80%. The only thing to really go by is how much easier it feels or how much faster it moves. I do like a weekly AMRAP to judge progress and feel like I hit a PR, even if just a rep PR. Keeps the momentum and feeling if accomplishment going for me.

Just one of those things like the force feeding, it's not glamorous, but come meet days or test days it's what makes us the beasts that we are as opposed to the dudes that max often, don't eat enough and never achieve impressive numbers or an impressive physique. Gotta keep your eyes on the prize.
