Idk I've taken a TON of albuterol for my asthma since I was a kid I turned out fine.
At 16 though just diet hard.
A transformation in highschool is a big deal, most kids are uneducated and don't want to put in the work.
Trust me if you go from the tubby kid to the shredded kid you'll be swimming in pussy.
Start dieting.
1 pound of fat=Roughly 3500 calories.
So a 500 calorie a day deficit will ideally make you lose 1 pound a week until you hit about 7-8 percent body fat.

The best thing you got going for you is you are being compared to other 16 year olds who don't even fucking lift. So go kick some ass in the kitchen and the gym and your biggest problem is gunna be where to buy condoms in bulk.

Ya lol I know how to diet, I went from an obese 220 pound 15 year old to a 170 pound 16 year old with 15 inch arms, im thinking of trying aphedra like the other guy suggested

Your well on your way then man.
Keep it up, by summer you'll be 155-160 and you'll be ready to start bulking.

yeah lol, I mean, being even a little chubby is like my WORST FEAR, so i tend to cut as soon as i start to notice getting fat on my face and stomach
 
I dont know anything about clen, except that it isnt actually a steroid and that its used to lose fat fast, also that its even used on babies. Would it be stupid to use clen during a cut when i'm 16 years old? if so, how long should I cycle it and how much should be taken? do i need a pct?


If you want to lose fat you need to learn the intricacies about training and diet and how to calculate total daily and weekly calorie needs and expenditure.

I workout 5 times a week, my maintenence calories a 3800 for 240lbs, times by 7 that's my weekly calories.
I can lose .5-1% total body weight per week, so up to 2.4lbs per week.

I want most of the deficit to be from diet so 75%of total calories burned in deficit over the course of the week come from diet and are cycled between high to low carb days depending on if rest day or size of given body part being trained.

So if I want to burn 2lbs a week of body fat that's 3500 calories per pound so 7000 calorie deficit over the course of 7 days.

So about 5250 food deficit and the rest from cardio.

Do you see where this is going?


You need to track all macros and weigh every morsel of food.

I looked at using clen too but it's whack and will make you a nervous wreck, great for girls when your resting heart rate is 160bpm. Jkjk awful you wanna be calm.

The only way to make it easy is with the top 2 most powerful hormones but it will fuck you up for life if you start gear now.

I'd wait till you're closer to 25 as the HPTA is SOFT wired by that point
 
You either do the math and eat the amounts of food weighed DAILY and di the workouts or take thousands of dollars worth of growth hormone. The latter will teach you nothing about building self esteem, hard work, training, YOUR SELF, unless you just learn how to fucking train.

Again give me your stats and go take a body type test on bodybuilding. Com and tell me the results
 
Just get on a treadmill and run? Clen isn't going to give you a 6 pack.... Gotta put in the work
Awful advice, running on treadmill or in general will facilitate insulin and adrenal issues and lead to further fat gain. Must control calories and workouts or get BBC genetics no way around it.

If you knew how to diet you wouldn't need drugs dude don't fucking full yourself you need to admit as a mature kid that if you REALLY knew how to diet and manipulate calories based on training schedule and were dedicated to weighing and prepping, you wouldn't have an issue losing weight
