Okay, my stats are:If you want to lose fat you need to learn the intricacies about training and diet and how to calculate total daily and weekly calorie needs and expenditure.
I workout 5 times a week, my maintenence calories a 3800 for 240lbs, times by 7 that's my weekly calories.
I can lose .5-1% total body weight per week, so up to 2.4lbs per week.
I want most of the deficit to be from diet so 75%of total calories burned in deficit over the course of the week come from diet and are cycled between high to low carb days depending on if rest day or size of given body part being trained.
So if I want to burn 2lbs a week of body fat that's 3500 calories per pound so 7000 calorie deficit over the course of 7 days.
So about 5250 food deficit and the rest from cardio.
Do you see where this is going?
You need to track all macros and weigh every morsel of food.

Given this info and that I hope you're training legs 2x week or once every 5 days and a total of 5 workouts a week.
I'd suggest
Day 1 Chest back
Day 2 legs
Day 3 rest
Day 4 arms
Day 5 rest
Repeat
Given that, you probably need around 3250 calories a day to maintain 180.
So if you want to lose fat you can lose .. .5-1% of your total body weight every week,
180(.01) = 1.8lbs
180 (.005) =.9lbs
You can lose somewhere in that range per week without being too aggressive.
So we know how much you can lose, how much food needs to be taken away, without utilizing cardio?
1.8(3500cal)=6300
.9""= 3150
So you just gotta take your pick. If I was coaching you and you are 18% body fat I'd want to see you at 8% that way your catholic girl Betsy will drop her drawers...
So you need to lose 10% bf
1%bf=about 2.2lbs
10%bf × 2.2lbs =22 lbs
If you're losing 22lbs at a rate if 1.5lbs a week, it's going to take you 3 months and 2 weeks of constant, no cheating dieting to get to your goal body fat.
So you're generally aiming to be back to 160.
Now how much of each macro?
I'll give you a zone split which works well for meso morphs.
Don't buy in 100 percent to this many grams per pound this and that clean diet my ass.
No top bodybuilder is clean they blast grams of Tren and hundreds of thousands of dollars on gh every year and have to eat ice cream and Thai food with desert to stay on track for weight gain

A deficit of 750 calories A DAY taken from your 3250 maintaining amount
So you're going for 2500 calories
1g each macro in calories
Carbs and protein 4 cal gram
Fat 9
Alcohol 6
2500 (.4) = 1000 cal/4=250 carbs
2500 (.3) = 750cal /9 = 85 fat
You get the point 185 g protein
Those are you macros
I take it further my cycling the fats and carbs so I can eat more on training days and more on bigger body parts and a lot less of rest days like 3600 on leg day and 2600 on rest
That way homeostasis has no Chanceb to regulate really and I can stay sensitive to insulin and won't get fat from carbs, plus I recover better
You can play with that,just stay at your 17.5k total calories for the week
