The Basics of Ordering Bloodwork

depends on what else you will be taking and what levels most concern you. I add ggt to any bundle since ast and alt can be elevated from tough workouts so ggt more accurate test for liver. and your bundle should include igf 1 if you are on hgh. if high levels of nor19 (npp, tren etc)are being taken you may want to include prolactin. keeping e2 in check seems to also keep my prolactin in check regardless of what im taking but its good piece of mind. remember if on real tren expect estradiol to be wrong. ive had over 200 estradiol on only 50mg tren eod even though my trt and arimi are dialed in. do to bodybuilder section at privatemdlabs and you should find a good fit depending on budget and needs.

Why does the hormone panel for males cost $179.99 and not give results >1500ng/dl, but the unisex test for $155 does? Should I just order the unisex? I need estrogen tested also,is the non-sensitive estrogen test really innacurate like I've been told even if not running 19-nors? Thanks.

Ya but the unisex doesn't do sensitive estrogen and I've been told that the non-sensitive estrogen test is innacurate for dialing in estro. How important is it to know my baseline igf level while on a gram of test before I start taking growth? Thanks.

Does the female hormone panel do sensitive estrogen?

Just wondering because that unisex test seems to have everything the female hormone panel has with IGF and thyroid with TSH tests added on as well.

I’ve always used the female hormone panel to gauge my E2, is it not an accurate way to dial in estrogen?

Idk, but I'm going to test it, my estrogen came back at 41 and 40 on two non-sensitive estrogen tests on a gram of test cyp with .25mg adex per day. In a couple of weeks I'll get the sensitive one and see if it's any different
