The Basics of Ordering Bloodwork

I'm confused, why is this illegal in some states..? It's just blood testing. Can't find anything on the specifics on the Google net..

Whats the cheapest way to get bloodwork for test level, estogen, cbc, etc.. and lipids?

Im not sure which test/tests to order for that

Sorry I probably misrepresented my question.
I'm familiar with the tests separately but has anyone found a cheaper option that's combined? I've looked and the cheapest version seems to be a male hormone test, that runs about 179.00 but you can use the 15% coupon on privatelabsmd.com. Is there a better option?

Hey FWO..
I didn't see this until now so I apologize for my late answer.. So hopefully you didn't find the answer yet and this wasn't a waste of time!

I never used this site but it seems to be a good looking site, apparently 3000+ labs accross country. http://www.healthtestingcenters.com/discount-test-panels.aspx

Not really sure why paying the cheapest for health services is becoming the norm but this seems to be the cheapest. Don't cry when they Break the needle off in your vein!!

Oh and I found this one which is slightly lower than the price you poated.. I think it was 165$ or something but it comes with lots of stuff that you asked about.

That really helps me out. What test do I need to take for GH serum and igf-1? I want to test out the hgh I am taking right now. Sucks I have to drive 50 miles top get my blood drawn, but it will be worth it. Thanks fellas

Not quite sure why the laws are as they are in some states. Makes it harder for some. Beyond checking test levels here's where your money is:
If on orals: hepatic function is one thing to be concerned with. So CMP has more bang for the buck....mostly focusing on AST/ALT (alk phos could be elevated as well). Bilirubin could potentially be up but I doubt it. These numbers should return to baseline by about 3 months off. This is again mostly for the orals...And make sure electrolytes are ok as well. Expect an elevate in Creatinine just from lifting itself. But if you're getting above 1.5 and/or BUN:CR ratio is > 20 then there are other issues.
On the lipids: Expect an elevation in LDL; depression in HDL. How long this will take to normalize I don't recall. Can use fish oil theoretically to help, HIGH dose niacin if you want the flushing reaction, theoretically red yeast rice. Honestly not many things will have as much bang for the buck as a statin.
In terms of interpreting the testosterone levels that's such a complex issue. Total gives you IMO a better idea if your gear is GTG or not. It's just a reflection of how much is in the body. Being on gear won't necessarily affect the amount that will end up being free vs bound or SHBG levels etc. And correlating results with levels is another issue entirely..... number of receptors in the body...downregulation, up regulation, individual volume of distribution, etc etc. So it's not all so cut and dry. But in mind if your total's going up significantly it's probably good gear or at least getting into the system.

So for TT over 1500, liver, kidneys, lipids, and e2 the cheapest I can get is by combining female hormone ($73) and the lipid test ($50) at labsmd. So $123 total.... Anyone know a way to beat that price? IMO those are the mandatory tests on cycle.

Nope that sounds about right. I just did the same and I got a different test that was combined and it was $170ish and it didn't have LH or FSH levels.
This sounds like a better way to go

Yeah the male hormone panel also gives psa, thyroid, and igf. Figure I can live without those for the extra $50 although I do like the thyroid check as I self medicate with t3/t4 to bring my tsh down. If running gh then the igf1 test is more valuable I guess.

In the first post I thought I saw that deca will give you a higher testosterone reading. I thought only testosterone will affect testosterone. Will eq, masteron, anadrol, or tren raise test levels on blood test?. Thanks for the feedback.
